View Full Details of Goodness & Mercy Healthcare LtdMy mother-in-law received the most wonderful care from the carers at Goodness and Mercy. Nothing was too much trouble. The carers were gentle and kind and my mother-in-law was very fond of them. The managers were always approachable and very knowledgeable in their field. They provided so much support to us as a family as well as ensuring that my mother-in-law was kept safe and well. The manager even spoke with my mother-in-law's local surgery to ensure she was provided with the prescription creams that she required, waiting in a queue on her own mobile telephone for a good forty minutes to get through. The manager also visited my mother-in-law with flowers after she was moved into a hospice. I cannot fault the care provided and would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a care provider to look after their loved one. If my mother-in-law had stayed at home we all agreed we would only want Goodness and Mercy to care for her because they were outstanding in every way.
Excellent care for 3 years bedridden. Wonderful carers, experienced caring patient and kind. Would call highly recommended.
Excellent care received from all carers and management extremely helpful when contacted.
Most helpful and very kind and caring. I feel they are like my friends. The care I am receiving for over a year is very, very good. The manager is very helpful and always available. The organisation planning everything for Christmas and decorating my house. I will recommend my friends and family.
Goodness & Mercy have been a very positive addition to my mother's care. She is bed-bound and needs two carers for personal care. The carers as always very helpful and kind to my mother. They work well with the live-in carer and support my mother's care. Sometimes they have difficulty negotiating the local traffic and public transport facilities, but these are beyond their control. The manager is caring and helpful and always responds to queries, although sometimes changes are made that perhaps should have been discussed with me first. The administrative support is excellent. They are excellent value for money.
Very caring company. Always at the end of the phone for any queries/changes. Carers take excellent care of my mother and are quick to report if they feel something is not well with her. They treat her well and she likes them. Manager goes the extra mile to ensure things are running smoothly.
From the start of receiving support and care when my mother was in the hospital and assessed by a qualified nurse from Goodness & Mercy Healthcare, to when she passed away, my mum received excellent care. I knew my mum was in good hands, she was fully cared for with compassion as much as possible and followed up with excellent aftercare, nothing was too much trouble, picking up medication and excellent communication from management and staff. I would recommend them to families in need of care and I thought I should inform CQC about the care my mum received from Goodness & Mercy Healthcare.
All is fine!
My uncle had lived independently for 86 years but now needed support. Goodness and Mercy called me promptly and an assessment visit, with a qualified nurse, was arranged within a couple of days, which I was able to join, via video call and could therefore pass on any relevant medical or personal needs that may have been missed. A daily care package was agreed upon and started within days. Through all discussions, Goodness and Mercy were open, honest and frank with both my uncle and me, therefore we trusted them and were happy with the support package agreed upon. During his care, the communication from his care team was excellent, including, due to the unfortunate decline in his health, when the care package needed changing or extending. I was also given the contact number of the carer so that I could contact them if needed. The response to my uncle's needs by Goodness and Mercy was remarkable and never too much trouble. I highly recommend them to care for your loved ones.
I would like to say that the service I received has been very good. The staff and the manager are very kind, caring and efficient. I would recommend Goodness & Mercy Healthcare to friends and family.

They also give me feedback after caring for my husband. The made my husband comfortable in the last days. I can recommend them enough to other services users.
Goodness and Mercy healthcare has delivered a quality service to my husband for the past two months. The carers are very helpful to me and my husband. They are competent, and friendly and act in a professional way all the time. My husband is always treated with kindness and dignity. I could always ask for advice if I need to. I will highly recommend them to other service users.
After having the service of another company, with such irregular times and up to 14 carers a week coming to your home, to find Goodness & Mercy Healthcare with such caring, regular and extremely competent staff to care for my husband during his last week with us. I cannot thank and praise them highly enough. I would recommed them very highly to other carer seekers.
Care provided by very knowledgable, professional and friendly staff. Their advice with respect to services and equipment available has been very helpful. This situation with my wife now being bed-bound has been a shock to us and their support has been great.
