I'm continually delighted by the service I get from my carers at Winserve who provide holiday and weekend cover for my regular carers. They are always on time and arrive with a smile, ready and keen to help me get on with my day. The consistently great service, including the ever present staff on the admin side of things, deserves recognition. Thanks!

I needed assistance at very short notice which wasn't a problem. My dad hasn't had carers before therefore I was unsure how he'd be but they were lovely and he enjoyed their company. This meant I was able to have a long overdue break for a few days without any concerns. Overall we are both very happy with the service provided and will turn to yourselves when we need assistance again.

The care my Mum received from Winserve was excellent. The girls who looked after Mum were so kind, nothing was too much trouble even though Mum could be difficult at times. Her regular carers were marvellous and I'm sure my Mum will really miss them. They were so efficient and dealt with all Mum's care needs with compassion and understanding. Thank you so much.

I am reviewing Winserve in my capacity as a Solicitor for an elderly frail lady who had no local family. I cannot thank the manager and his team at Winserve enough for the kindness and compassion that they showed to my client. The whole team are absolutely marvellous and nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole operation runs extremely smoothly. What really impressed me was when my client deteriorated they were able to go from providing 3 visits a day to providing 2 carers 24/7 at a moment's notice. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to any family with a relative who needs care. The best thing about Winserve is the team of committed carers.

Winserve were recommended to us by another family and we are so pleased we chose them to help with the support our mum's needs. We are very grateful for the carers' continued daily care, kindness and patience when supporting mum and also for their kindness towards our dad too. They always make time to have a chat with both parents and make sure everything is ok before they leave. The Manager has always been and continues to be professional, helpful and friendly.

Winserve were very approachable, listened to you and resolved problem areas concerning care. Very quick to respond to myself when I had a question. Very caring and my mother was very well looked after by Winserve. Would definitely pass this company to anyone wanting carers for their family which I have already done but unfortunately they have certain care companies they deal with. Overall had 4 care companies for my mother and Winserve was the best by far.

We have carers from Winserve four times a day since my husband came out of hospital in February, and I cannot praise them enough. They are amazing! Highly competent, professional, and totally reliable. They treat my husband with dignity and respect, and are always friendly and compassionate. I couldn't imagine being without their steady support. I'd like to thank all the carers for their help this year. My husband calls them "the dream team". Yes, I would certainly recommend Winserve to others.

My husband and I love the girls that come to our home. We have no problem, pleasant and like to have a laugh but still working. I get up early just to open the door for them to come in and then straight to work. I just look forward to seeing them, it makes my day to see a friendly face in the morning. They do what they have to do and ask me do I need anything they can do for me. They are always pleasant and very good with my husband. Thank you all.

Arranging the initial meet to planning and starting care was effortless and professional. All the carers involved with Mum were excellent. On numerous occasions, they rang me if there was a situation and kept me informed. It was clear all the carers loved their roles caring for people, having patience and calmness when my mum had her dementia moments. I could leave notes and the carers acted on them. Their support alleviated a lot of pressure off me. I will be recommending Winserve. Mum is moving into a care home now as she is no longer able to live independently. Without the carers, this would have happened sooner.

Winserve cared for my late mother, from April 2022 to March 2023. They all treated my mother and family with great respect. I would highly recommend Winserve Care for anyone's sick relatives as they truly are amazing.

The service provided has been excellent. The carers have been very patient with the client. Very supportive and carers have adapted to whatever needs are required on each visit. Personal hygiene has been above and beyond of what the family could have done without support.

My dad is a palliative patient and needed care on discharge from hospital. Winserve has been a fantastic care network for my dad. They are always on time, friendly and really care for him, making sure he is comfortable. Nothing is ever too much and the carers have put a big smile on my dad's face and ours during this difficult time. Thank you to all the carers at Winserve for providing a five-star service.

The carers were excellent in friendliness, discretion, gentleness, thoroughness, compassion, and every other way necessary for a very ill man in a lot of pain. I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone.

All the carers that looked after my dad were amazing. Took all his needs into account when caring for him and looked after him well, chatting with him and making him feel comfortable. I was worried about dad having to have carers due to his illness, but the worries I had soon disappeared and I felt confident he was in safe hands.

We changed care providers for my dad after having poor care from another company. We have found all staff at Winserve to be very caring, professional and respectful. They treated my dad with dignity. They never rushed his care and were very kind to my mum also. I would recommend Winserve highly. A well-led, compassionate company who have made such a difference in my parents' lives. Thank you.

I do not have enough words to express how grateful as a family we are for the outstanding care and compassion that was shown to us all through an extremely difficult time while we were all caring for a loved one at end of life, at home. The carers became part of our family nothing was too much trouble and were completely respectful and maintained professionalism at all times, we will always be truly grateful to you all. Thank you.
