We have just moved over to Alcedo Care and couldn't be more grateful for the care we are receiving for my husband. The staff team are amazing, friendly and so professional that I know he's in safe hands.

Can't thank the staff enough for the support they are providing for my elderly parents. My mum has built up a great rapport with her carer and looks forward to her visits each week. It's a huge relief for us as a family to know that she is being cared for so well and above all that she is receiving continuity of care from her carer. This has significantly helped my parents accept the support provided by Alcedo. Thank you.

I am really pleased with the staff and management. They do their job really well and they are always respectful. My child always enjoys going out with them because there are nice people and there have never been any problems with any of the staff and I trust them to look after my child.

I wanted to thank your young team of carers for the massive difference they have made to the service user. He is ten years old and has lifelong complex needs. We have struggled to find carers with the skill, energy and general passion to meet his needs until Alcedo! We noticed the service user engaging immediately, forming strong bonds, resulting in him walking further, strengthening his whole body, communicating more clearly. As he is visually and hearing impaired, he loves sitting on the floor, holding hands, with face-to-face attention, the smile on his face says it all. His mum is now able to leave him safe in the knowledge he feels happy and secure with all of your team, which she was unable to do in the past. The service user can now go on regular trips in his wheelchair to the local park to feed the ducks and walk on the grass, trips to supermarket escalators, to the city centre and to his favourite place of all - sitting on the laundry floor hugging the washing machine with his carers. You have increased his quality of life 100%.

Just like to say thank you to all the wonderful staff who looked after Mum for the last year or so, especially those who cared for her during the last few months of her life. They were very caring and compassionate and treated her with dignity right to the very end, whilst keeping her spirits up by having a laugh with her.

I can not thank the staff enough for all the care and support they provided for my nan. The carers always went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were also so kind and always took an interest in us as a family, too. They made my nan's last few weeks the most caring and comfortable she could've had. Thank you, Alcedo Care!

Alcedo, on numerous occasions, have gone over and above for my partner. The care they give him is exemplary with dedicated regular staff who know his routine and treat him with respect. My partner has a great relationship with all the carers who come and I know he is safe in their hands, which to me is priceless. Office staff always take on board any minor issue that I ask about - again I can't ask for better excellent company with excellent staff.

My mum calls the carers angels and you certainly are angels. They are such a lovely, caring and kind bunch of people who are helping me and my mum so much. A carer is not a job to them, a carer is what they are!

Alcedo Care took over our mum's care following a long stay in hospital, and from the first day, each and every member of staff has been amazing! The level of care they provide her is above and beyond every single visit. From making sure she has all her medication, she has a shower, she is all ready for her day, and any meals and drinks she wants. Day and night they are always caring, happy, respectful, professional, and hard-working. Big thank you!

Outstanding! Fantastic service, excellent, compassionate, empathic staff. My sister and her husband have been using this service for the past 4 weeks to help care for my brother-in-law who was sadly terminally ill. The staff were just amazing delivering a first-class service to him, my sister, and family. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they went over and above to provide personal care in an unobtrusive manner, retaining my brother-in-law's dignity at all times and helping to keep him comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Special thanks extended particularly to several members of staff. These diamonds are a credit to your company. Thank you is not nearly enough.

My husband was cared for by your team. I cannot thank them enough for all the care and compassion shown towards my husband and my family. We were only with you for a short time as my husband sadly passed away. I would like to give a special mention to several members of staff in particular who went above and beyond their role as a carer. You really are an amazing group of people and I would recommend you to anyone.

Alcedo Care have been excellent. From the first day they took over the care of my mother, the staff were so professional. The level of care has been exceptional. I cannot speak more highly of the staff who have gone the extra mile to ensure my mother has been kept clean, fed, and administered drugs in a very caring fashion.
