Generally, happy with the care and carers. The communication could be better something emails not responded would like more regularity with the same carer. However, the carer / people have always come across well to me and my parents seem happy with the support.

My mother really enjoys her visits, she loves the company more than anything. Getting to know new people when you are elderly and don't go out much is difficult. The visits provide mental stimulus and happiness. I find that the communication with the care team is efficient and friendly which is especially important to me as I live abroad.

The carer is always very friendly and helpful and has a pleasant manner. She seems to be always willing to do any tasks - whether personal care or cleaning.

Care has been provided for more than a year. The carers have all been friendly, punctual and willing helpers. I have and still am, very grateful for their assistance.

As the son of the client, it gives me complete peace of mind knowing that Helping Hands are looking after the client on a weekly basis. Always on time and, weather permitting takes the client for a local walk. Helping Hands are easy to contact and are always polite and can be flexible with some of the arrangements. The client is always happy after the visit from Helping Hands. Really excellent service.

Helping Hands provide a friendly, caring and efficient service. The carers are greatly valued by my mother-in-law and by us for their compassion, professionalism and attention to detail. In addition to this, the communication from both the carers and the coordinators and administration has been first class. I would highly recommend Helping Hands.

I find that the carers who visit my mother are very attentive and friendly. My mother is delighted with the care. We are always notified if there are any changes in the times of her visits. Overall we are happy with the service provided.

Helping Hands have provided amazing care for my mother, who’s in a retirement village, for just over a year now. Mum feels very confident in the care they provide and gets on very well with the care providers. The manager always goes above and beyond, is reliable, as are all her staff, and can never do enough for the clients they care for. I feel totally confident that my mother is in very capable, reliable and caring hands.

Helping Hands Home Care team have been supporting my mum since August last year due to her advancing dementia and I have been very pleased with the service provided. The team reacted positively to a change in her care plan when we realised that 3 days a week was insufficient. Communication between the service provider and myself was very important to me and in this respect Helping Hands were first class. Overall a very positive experience resulting in a happy customer!

My dad has Dementia and Helping Hands have been supporting him to remain living in his flat. With recent progression of his illness, Helping Hands have been extremely professional and efficient in dealing with our request to increase his care to ensure continuity. The care workers are all very experienced and friendly and have built a good rapport with my dad who likes having familiar faces. Most importantly, my Dad continues to be able to make choices about his routine and feels in control of his day to day life. As a family we are extremely happy with the care provided to my dad.

We are delighted with the service of two hour visits, currently 12 days out of every 14. The carers are superb and engage very well with my mother and many go "the extra mile" to enhance the visit. I would thoroughly recommend the Clevedon branch. The administration team are very helpful, professional and approachable.

What an excellent service! The carers are amazing, sympathetic and will do anything my mother asks of them, to the point of getting the hoover out if the cleaner has not turned up off their own back (you know who you are). I cannot praise the standard of care enough, and having been through a few other companies that were not satisfactory, this one has the gold standard and would recommend them to anyone looking for care - as that is exactly what they do - care!

Our Mum has been having care visits from the Helping Hands Home Care team since July this year and she is very pleased with the service that is provided. When we felt that Mum would benefit from additional visits these were arranged swiftly and she has continued to have the increased number of visits. We are all aware of the difficulties that the care sector face and despite this the team have not failed to visit when scheduled. This has sometimes meant that the manager or care coordinator have stepped in to cover the visit so that Mum is not let down.

The Helping Hands Staff are always ready to go the extra mile, they are in regular touch with me regarding medication and also my Mothers needs such as food and personal items that need replacing. I am able to concentrate on my day to day life confident in the fact that Mums carers will let me know what is needed and when.
