I wanted to take the time to thank every single person involved in our mum's daily care. All of the carers go above and beyond their duty, and nothing is too much trouble. Mum feels comfortable, confident, and most of all, loves that every person who attends is always accommodating, chatty and has the time to care for her - that is unique to this care agency - Mum has never experienced this before, and she has had many care agency's providing so-called "care" in the past. We have also been very happy with the response we get from the management - quick to reply and quick to act; thank you for helping us get Mum's ongoing care package planned and sorted out. Please keep up the good work; it's so lovely that, as a family, we have confidence and trust in every person who enters our mum's home. Thanking you.

Kaplan Care have been home visit caring for my father and late mother for over two and a half years. Initially there was a member of staff who I found quite confrontational but she has thankfully now gone, since then Kaplan has gone from strength to strength and been very caring and flexible. In short, they have been great. My father is currently in hospital awaiting to go into full time care, Kaplan have continued to ask after my father. They really are a nice bunch of caring people and a special thanks to the director for all the love and understanding. You will be in great safe hands.

I was very worried when it became clear my mother needed home care. She had always been a very independent woman but at 86 now needed support. I looked at a number of service providers but struggled to find "the right fit" for Mum. Thankfully Kaplan Care was recommended by a friend and they have been exemplary in the care of my mum.

The review is not just for October 2023, but for the ten months before and during. The care my father received was exceptional and always left my him satisfied and happy. On a personal note, it was always reassuring to know that, should I not be able to get to see my father for a period of time, I knew he was being looked after.

My mother received excellent care from the team at Kaplan! Her needs were met with kindness, patience and thoughtfulness. All carers are professional, experienced and well-trained. Nothing was ever too much trouble. At one time a carer visited Mum out of hours and stayed until the paramedics arrived. Mum is now going into residential care otherwise the wonderful care at home from Kaplan would have continued. Mum passes on thanks and her warmest wishes to you all!

Staff are helpful and kind, care workers do a very good job, care workers listen to clients and staff doing good jobs. Care workers listened to me and what I asked them to do for me. The office staff are very kind and friendly and understand.

We needed some care for our 89-year-old dad after his hip replacement. The Kaplan Care team see my dad 3 times per day currently and are doing a fantastic job. We have found them to be kind, caring, friendly and compassionate and my dad really likes them. They have made a very stressful time much much easier for all the family and not being able to get to Dad easily we have found their help invaluable. Thanks, Kaplan Care!

Kaplan have been looking after my mother for the last year since she was discharged from hospital. Throughout, their care has been excellent, enabling Mum (who suffers from dementia) to live in her own home safely and independently. The care she receives has been adapted to her personal requirements and, because I live some distance away, they are in regular contact to reassure me and let me know how things are going. They have arranged transport for hospital visits and made appointments for home visits when necessary, keeping me informed throughout, and all the Kaplan personnel I have met or spoken to are extremely compassionate and conscientious. Unfortunately, my mother is currently back in hospital and the continuing concern shown for her welfare is touching. This is my first experience of a home care provider and I can't emphasise enough what comfort and peace of mind the impressive standard set by Kaplan Care gives me. Heartfelt thanks to you all.

Kaplan stepped in to look after my mother-in-law after she was discharged from hospital. We had already had a few failed attempts with care companies. Kaplan were like a breath of fresh air. They got to know my mother-in-law, her routine, what she liked and did not and she instantly felt like she was able to trust them and let them into her home, this was a huge step for us. They went above and beyond from the very beginning, sadly she passed after a few months, but even at the very end they were there for us and her. We could not have asked or wished for more from a care company. I would highly recommend for a more personal service.

Once my mum realised that she needed help with caring for my dad, who has vascular dementia. We were lucky enough to be put in contact with Kaplan. From the start, they were friendly, professional and flexible in their approach to my dad's care and daily needs. As a family, we would just like to say a big thank you to all involved in my dad's care.

I am very well looked after, the staff are not just carers, I feel I have found friends in them. They are always willing to go one step further. If it was not for the manager her and team of carers I would not be able to continue to live at home.

I have just had a knee replacement and following this, I felt that my husband and I needed some assistance with general care in the early stages of my recovery. I had heard of Kaplan through two lots of friends who had been very happy with their services. I, therefore, contacted them and received 2 weeks of very satisfactory help. It was good dealing with a small organization who you felt really wanted to provide a very personal service. I would highly recommend them.

I found the service to be bespoke and tailored to my requirements. Recieved very quick responses and they have always been polite. Definitely I can see that this agency put the client first. Excellent service and my experience so far to date has been great!
