Overall very good. Carers really treated Dad with the utmost respect and their visits really cheered him up and they really made him laugh when they visited, even towards the end. They also really did their utmost to make sure he was comfortable.
We have had Lizor Care for my Mum who has the start of dementia. The continuity of her carers is fantastic and she has had 2 carers since August and she loves them both, they are always caring and happy and very caring towards Mum I could'nt ask for anything more for her. Thank you to the 2 carers.
All of the carers are polite, thoughtful and considerate of Dad's needs. He looks forward to them coming and we, as a family, feel they have really taken time to get to know him well and they care for him beautifully.
When I am present at the visits by the carers to Mum, I find carers to be pleasant and engaging. I know Mum likes some carers more than others and that’s to be expected. This can lead to her saying some ignore her requests. I have pointed out that her voice is quiet and maybe they can’t hear her. This is just her view, which I have not observed. When I call the office for help, the call is always dealt with pleasantly and efficiently.
The care my father has received over the past 6 months has been excellent. The caregivers always converse with him on arrival, give him confidence in their ability to look after him, listen and talk to him while they get him ready for the day, prepare his meals, get him settled in the evening and maintain a very high degree of hygiene. He looks forward to them coming in as they provide company and someone to talk to on their four visits a day.
We’ve had a few different carers over the months. Some are better at pre-empting tasks that need to be performed, and how they can be helpful than others. The app is really useful if you need to contact the carer or the management team to ask for any specific tasks to be done on their next visit. Our regular morning carer for Mum is great, so empathetic to Mum's needs, always singing and laughing with Mum. She always treats Mum with dignity. This then sets Mum up for a good day and she is left feeling relaxed.
All carers have been good and friendly. Male and Female carers have been brilliant. Most of them have been on time and have recognised our routine of weekly leaving home to attend other functions mostly at 10 am.
My daughter likes her carers, she has really good communication with the carer. She said she really misses having her and she would like to have her back. She likes the others too but had a really good relationship with the specific carer.
The service provided full-time care originally for my mother while my father was in Hospital, this transferred to both my parents. I had concerns to start with as my parents are a private couple and have been this way all their lives. I could not believe how well both Mum and Dad took to the carers, I commend their attitude and care abilities. I cannot say that I was concerned in any of the fields they operated in, the girls became part of a warm family during their time with us. All I can say is a heartfelt thank you from all our family for the happiness and professionalism that was given. Both my parents have missed them dearly. Thank you to all concerned.
Very reliable with the timing on their visits. Care suited to my needs at different phases, presented themselves well.
Late March, early April, after having a different organisation care for my parent, it was very clear from day one and saving me from a poo carnage (thanks Mum) they were going to be amazing. You lot are just amazing!
Care provided for my Mother after an unexpected illness affecting both her physical and cognitive abilities. Lizor Care Concept provided 24 hour 1:1 at home care for two weeks while Mum had the opportunity to recover in her own home. Lizor management attended the house at the start to ensure that as much information as possible was gathered about Mum. They were also present when she arrived from hospital and ensured that medication requirements were fully understood and checked the drugs provided by the hospital at discharge, including identifying an anomaly. Carers were well briefed on how to reach the property and there were no instances across the care period where a carer wasn't present. Mum was able to see a consistent set of carers and they were kind and capable. Overall, very happy with the service provided.
A carer was quickly put in place for Dad who urgently needed twenty-four-hour care. Ascertained what care dad needed and how they could help. The carer was great with Dad, he liked her. She treated him with respect and patience. Friendly with the family who popped in mostly daily to see Dad.
All the carers I have met have been kind and considerate to me, especially in the early days. They helped me over some of the difficult moments and make my life at home possible.
Carers are friendly, caring and professional. They arrive at the agreed times and are conscientious in their work. We are pleased with the care provided which helps us enormously.
I have always found that the care given to my great aunty has always been exceptional. Her needs are always treated with dignity, and she is always clean and comfortable.
This young lady was very caring, helpful and polite. Everything was clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble for her to do for my friend.
This young lady is a joy and brings a calm to a very stressful situation not only helping with mum but reassuring all of us in the family. She is wonderful with mum and mum is doing very well under her care. I can not express our thanks enough. She is always smiling. What a wonderful young woman she is.
Lizor provided waking night care for three weeks to care for my mother during her last three weeks of life. The ladies were all adorable, and I felt completely at ease leaving my mum to their care whilst I went home to bed. I could sleep easy knowing Mum was in safe hands. Staff were gentle, kind, respectful and supportive, and I would not hesitate to recommend them!
My mother has Alzheimer's and cannot be left alone, so when my stepfather was taken into hospital rapidly, we needed help. 24-hour care was in place within 24 hours. The young lady who came was amazing, kind, cheerful and completely unflappable. Mum has thrived in her care. Her care is not limited to Mum. She has been wonderful with all of us. I have not had any amount of worry over Mum, knowing she was being looked after by this kind and capable young woman.
