I do feel the carers have little or no knowledge of how to carry out simple tasks, like washing dishes or making the bed. My Mother has to explain how this should be done. The dishes do not get washed properly at times! So explaining how to do simple tasks is frustrating for my Mother. That's why the same carer to come regularly is helpful and less headache.

My dad is cared for as though he is the carer's grandad. Also have always been able to contact the office and the owner immediately if necessary (for rapid response etc.).

We have been with Sambhana Care since June 2024 and have received kind, courteous respectful service from all carers, admin staff, and management.

Having not used carers before I wasn't sure what to expect, but my experience has been an eye-opener as to how they are with my wife. They are very courteous, gentle, and patient with her. I am very impressed with the service Sambhana Care has provided us. Thank you very much Sambhana Care.

Money could not buy better care. Every carer who has attended to my wife is a credit to themselves and Sambhana Care. 5 star care from wonderful, caring people.

The carers were very punctual and helpful, especially for members of the Indian community, as it's preferred due to language barriers. Carers were also very understanding and compassionate.

We were so impressed with the level of care shown to Mum in her final days. She was always treated with dignity, respect and care. The staff were compassionate, gentle and professional, not the easiest balance, but they struck it well. We could not have wished for better care for Mum.

"To all the carers" who looked after our parents so well, you are a tremendous support who always goes the extra mile, respectful and chatty. The managers and superiors are always on hand to support the family. A big thank you for all your help and for putting up with my calls and emails - really appreciate it and understand how much you and your team are trying to help. 5/5 star rating.

The carers that came into my husband were so kind to him and made him feel relaxed. They talked to him all the time they were with him. I want to thank them for the care they gave him, if only for a short time before he had to go back to the hospital.

My uncle's life changed for the better when Sambhana Care started caring for him. His wife was taken into hospital after a fall and has been placed in a care home suffering from dementia and depression. From day one, they provided excellent care, ensuring he had enough, cooked and prepared meals, ensured he took his medication, arranged doctor and hospital appointments, cleaned the house, shopping and visits to the barbers. They have provided the total care package and gone the extra mile when needed. Uncle being blind in one eye and partially sighted in the other, they have been a Godsend.

My brother was threatened with eviction because of his difficulties with practical self-care, budgeting and so on - but his carer turned all that around. He was practical and observant, spotted medical issues that my brother had neglected, made appointments and ensured they were kept and was always willing to do whatever was most needed and also keep in touch with us. The company has been a lifesaver, and I can't recommend my brother's carer enough.

Sambhana Care Ltd are an excellent care provided for my father. They are really flexible when it comes to caring arrangements and never leave my father to fend for himself. Always answer the phone promptly, and when they say they are going to do something by a certain time, they always deliver. I can't recommend this company enough - way out in front of others.

The carers are all polite and gentle and look after me really well. They are quite willing to do jobs that I want them to do. They prepare and cook my food and do some shopping for me in the local store. They help me to take showers, wash my hair and do any work for me. Very happy with all the carers.

Excellent Care for our family member with disabilities. Sambhana Care right from the start provide a high standard and bespoke service to the whole family. They are very friendly and make the whole family feel at ease. He looks forward to his weekly visits from his carer who takes him for walks, draws, and puzzles. He goes over and beyond what we expected. He is feeling more confident already, his mental health is improving, and feeling happier with this excellent disability service, which is much needed in the community to live a full life. They really are unique disability care with high standards. Highly recommend them.

The work is done to a good standard, but it's not enough time, to do a bit more, for this price - that's my opinion.
