Alcedo Care has been outstanding. The set-up of the care package was mobilised quickly and dealt with in a professional yet caring manner. All carers so far have been lovely and hard-working. The app is also a good tool. We had to increase the care cover due to unforeseen circumstances and they ensured that was in place from the date we requested. Thank you for your excellent service so far.

The carers have been amazing with Mum. She looked forward to them coming in everyday and became good friends with a few. Thank you so much for taking such great care of her.

My son's main carer has developed a strong bond with him and is always professional, caring and patient when doing his job. My son's carer is attentive and reactive to seizures and understands his moods. He is always on time and fits well into my son's routine and the every day of our household. He always goes above and beyond to discover. A great carer means we can be sure that my son is happy and healthy.

I would like to thank this care company, very grateful they look after my daughter. Excellent care provided, being a mother had very good experience. Management - they always listen to any requirements. I really would like to appreciate and strongly recommend Alcedo Care.

The care provided for my father over the last twelve months has been excellent. He was treated with kindness, patience and dignity at a time that was very difficult for him. The company provided by his carers also helped him to cope in a difficult period of his life and we are very grateful.

The care assessor attended the review with my mother and I. We discussed Mother's needs, any further needs and how the carers were managing her needs. All was satisfactory and we are really pleased with the care, consideration and work of the carers who attend to her needs. Thank you very much to you all.

I am writing this review to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude provided by your company, I am delighted to say that Alcedo Care has exceeded all my expectations. Each member of the team, from the carers to the manager has shown genuine concern and empathy towards my child's well-being. The team leader deserves special recognition for her excellent leadership skills and strategic decision-making, and her knowledge have greatly contributed to the well-being of my child. I must also mention our regular carer, who has done an outstanding job in looking after my child. Her dedication, patience, and hard work have been invaluable in meeting my child's specific needs. Her caring nature and ability to create a supportive environment have helped my child feel safe and comfortable under her care. Alcedo Care has truly satisfied me on all companies, and I highly recommend Alcedo Care to anyone in need of professional and reliable care.

The carers who come to my wife are brilliant, they are always thoughtful, considerate and friendly. My wife's condition means she requires consistency of care and carers, and the care coordinator is very good and understands this and makes sure it happens. We could not be happier with the care we receive.

The carers treat my mother with respect and make her feel comfortable and relaxed in their company. One carer in particular does a great job and a lot for her and makes her laugh. Time keeping is good, if I have any problems, it is dealt with straight away.

I have been receiving care for my wife who is suffering from a range of medical problems including dementia, Ménière's disease and many others and have been receiving care from Alcedo carers who have been found to be friendly, obliging, caring, helpful what more could I say! Thanks.

Always give 100% plus care and support, my carer and I have built up a fantastic bond over the last three years. The management now ring me with any changes. I look forward to my Tuesdays and Thursdays. Alcedo has changed my life for the better, as my carer has my health and best interests at heart.

My relatives and I have always highly rated the service provided by Alcedo Care. The Carers themselves are all patient, compassionate and very caring. Always attentive to the needs of the person they are visiting. They respect the individuals, their situation and their wishes at all times. The Administration team and systems are exceptionally good; staff are accessible at all times and they respond to messages very promptly. Would highly recommend.

On the whole, Alcedo Care is reliable and caring. However, there have been instances when not all care has been carried out, for example, a sandwich not made for lunchtime. Although we have asked for a visit from carers in the morning from 10.30-11.00 sometimes, they have only been arriving around 11.30 am, which means it is nearly lunchtime before my son has a shower.

The staff are outstanding, lovely and very professional, they really do understand my mum and her needs. They are very helpful and supportive.

It's my pleasure to say your team of carers, I have found that they go all in and above what their duties are. Happy, polite, caring, very very respectful. I would not think twice to give a very good recommendation to other clients that need this sort of care!
