First Choice Home Care (Norwich)supports me very well. I am very settled now which I wasn't with other companies. I have quite a few members of staff who I get on really well with and can trust enough to talk to about things that are bothering me. They have helped me to understand my health conditions and be more content. I am happy with the support I get, it doesn't feel uncomfortable in my home.

The best care/support agency I have ever had. Wonderful staff and management who went the extra mile daily. I cannot praise them enough. My life became 100% better. I would recommend First Choice Norwich to anyone needing support and care.

Everything you could ask for and more. After an awful care company, it was such a relief when I found a good one. Mental and physical problems but nothing was too much trouble, brilliant care and attention and they always make me smile on my bad days. Lovely caring staff and recommend to anybody.
