Overall I am satisfied and appreciate my care package. However, when my support workers use excessively their mobile phones it supports my paranoia and schizophrenia that I am being spied on. When I have no contact with the management other than a Christmas card it just makes me feel like a number, but my support workers are very good at a home job. I do need prompting to take medication and help with housework, clothes and duvet changes for this I am grateful.

After 2 previous disappointing care companies, we were introduced to Forever Care. They have looked after my mother who is suffering with dementia with compassion, patience, professionalism and are able to undertake all aspects of home care. They have gone above any beyond to meet all our family expectations. We have consistency in the carers and the timings of each home visit. The carers maintain hygiene at all times and staff are friendly, polite and always smiling. I would recommend Forever Care to anyone seeking professional care at home.

Very pleased with the support we have received from the carers. My husband is very happy with them too. Nothing is too much trouble. The management have worked with us too. Would be glad to recommend them to anyone.

My care is excellent in every way. He is caring, respectful, always eager to help me in every way. Totally organised, and very pleasant and polite at all times. I really feel we are so lucky to have him in our home.

Overall satisfactory, but on two occasions, the carers have not turned up. My mum is diabetic and this could have caused problems. A little more training is needed as most of the staff have very little to no knowledge of what to do if Mum falls ill and has a hypo. If this can be addressed, I think we could be well on our way to an excellent score. Communication is difficult for my mum and some of your staff do not have a good grasp of English language yet.

The carers are very good with my mom. They are polite and treat her with dignity, and if I tell them anything about mom's needs they carry it out. The two girls on the 5 and 9 shift are very good.

Forever Care carers are very friendly and good at their job. The care I have is excellent I cannot fault the overall care and support experience I am receiving. Always have a laugh and a joke which makes my day. Also, they are very pleasant.

My dad has been having this care company for 11 months now, the carers are very pleasant and caring and we work together very well. Any issues are sorted, I must add I have only had to ring the office once in 11 months and that was because my carer changed, and after speaking to the office my needs were put right back to my preferred carer. I find them very patient with working with dementia. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent care and continuity which is crucial to patient care! Also very good at sorting any problems so if they did not turn up they would always get someone else there promptly. Good communication Thank you.

When my mother became suddenly more confused a couple of days ago, the carer and the office were quick to communicate with me to advise me what had been happening. This has always been the case and even when difficult situations have occurred with my mother, the carers have remained professional and supportive. One of the carers in particular, has developed a very good rapport with my mother and this has been extremely valuable. The carers have also taken on extra duties on occasions when my husband and I have been on holiday, meaning we’ve been able to enjoy our holiday safe in the knowledge that my mother is being cared for. My mother is sometimes very demanding due to her mental health. The support not just to her but to myself is certainly over and above what I expected. I would unreservedly recommend Forever Care (Walsall) to anyone.

A care agency that actually cares! The carers who helped us look after my Dad in his last days were kind, helpful and very courteous. Office staff were also caring whilst being very efficient and overall communication was very good. Would definitely recommend.

I am pleased to say that I am happy with the care that I am receiving and the staff members are golden and respectful. They so as they are told and fulfill all of my partner's needs and wants. I would recommend the company to my friends and family as the staff are brilliant and complete all tasks.

Carers always seem to take a genuine interest in my mother-in-law. She is always pleased to see them. Nothing is too much trouble. The relationship they have with her is of a caring nature.

I have been a customer of yours for quite some time now and may I say how pleased I am with the service you have provided for me. The girls are always very caring and always have a ready smile for me. The service they provide is second to none and I would be devastated if I had to lose any one of them. I don't know what I would do without them.

My carers from Forever Care are really good. Nothing is too much for them. They call on me four times a day, double-handed. They are very polite, and always take care in seeing to me. They wash and dress me. You can have a joke with them. The manager of the company is very helpful and always there to help.

Forever Care has been brilliant. They are much better than our last care team. We are so glad they are looking after Mum. Mum looks forward to seeing them and is much happier. We are very happy to be their client. Forever Care, forever happy!
