I found every carer that visited me on a daily basis, exceptional. However, the office team I found rude and very unhelpful, especially the supervisor, she was abrupt and spoke to me like a child on many occasions, to the point that I put the phone down if she answered the telephone. After an unprovoked telephone call from her, which was aggressive and threatening, I ended my care with Care Solutions and moved to another provider.

Our experience was overall positive. There were a couple of things that could have been improved, for example, a sick member of staff who was clearly unwell was sent to my uncle while he had no immune system but this was a one-off. Masks should also have been worn. In terms of the communication and empathy that was offered, I was exceptionally happy. My uncle was given his dignity at a time when he couldnt protect it himself. Our handler was brilliant and really cared about us as a family which we loved.

Great care company, always on hand and very helpful and know their jobs, brilliant care standards and looked after my relative for a long period of time. Would highly recommend to anyone. When it came to the darkest day, we were unable to attend and they tended on our behalf until we were available. Great after-service and great staff in all aspects, in care and out of care. Brilliant care team Thanks.

The service that both my parents have received from all the staff visiting their home has been of a very good quality, nothing is a problem and the care/mental health needs are always met on all visits during the day. The staff would assist my parents with personal care, making meals and administering their medication. Whenever I contact the office staff regarding a change in my parents' well-being or for a little advice it is always received in a positive manner and passed on to the relevant staff. It is a great service so thank you to you all, it is also peace of mind for me and my family that their general health is being observed.

Hi, we've recently been introduced to Care Solutions, they are providing four visits a day for my great-auntie. All members of staff I've met up to now have been extremely helpful, friendly and consistent. They have all gone out of their way to ensure my great-auntie is safe and happy. Big thank you to one member of staff, she has been amazing.

They are really friendly and they helped me realise not to be embarrassed when you need them. I’m so glad to be a client of theirs, thank you so much for your help and making me realise their help is there when you ask for it.

I would like to let you know how grateful I am for the high level of care provided by care solutions. They were all very caring and had a great attitude but wanted to give a special mention to the carer with the pink hair. She came to see my father on her break and even apologised for being late, following a car accident. She was such a help in my father's last days and we couldn’t have done it without her. She made sure his last days were dignified and I can never thank her enough.
