Having used other Care Agencies in the past I can honestly say that Hatzz are a world apart. The carers they sent to help my cousin through the end of her life were just that - caring - sounds obvious but usually they are not! She had the same carers all the time so was able to develop a lovely relationship with them. They went "over and above" in every way to make the end of her life as comfortable and happy as they possibly could. I can't speak too highly of this lovely family run team.

When my mum came back from a nursing home for palliative care, we were worried about the level of care we would get but after the first phone call, we had from the owner I was made to feel much more at ease. Together with her team, they have been wonderful with Mum. It can be quite hard to find good carers. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. Thank you for everything you guys do for Mum.
