Obatos Care has been very helpful and supportive and kind. In relation to me as a client expressing professionalism towards my care needs. Providing everything I need to make my life easier to manage the challenges of disability. The carers have been excellent in the provision of care duties.

The carers are very helpful and knowledgeable in their job. They offer to support me very well and offer me care as I wanted personally. The managers are always available and prompt to respond to my needs.

My friend using this care provider for the last 4 months, also I am next of kin for my friend who is using this care service. They are really good in providing care. Their staff are very good. They have a proper management system. They acknowledge complaints and give quick responses. Their staff is well trained. Very good service highly recommended.

I have found this care service to be very friendly, professional and caring. Their approach to caring for me is second to none. I love the way staff show genuine care, looking out for my wellbeing. They provide me with excellent meals of my choice. From time to time, I like the way they check on my wellbeing with a call when they are not on duty. Staff are very supportive when required and I do not recall ever being let down by non-attendance.
