Excellent home care for both my parents - both in their 90's. Could not fault the support and care at any stage. The carers were all brilliant and respectful. Totally professional and highly recommended.

My carer has always been kind and efficient. She looks after me well and I regard her as my friend. The carers who come on her day off are also very kind.

From my first contact with TrustBridge I have been very impressed. We had a very fast response to an emergency request for weekend care coverage. Since then we have had a couple of emergency situations. The whole team responded quickly and calmly to assist my Dad and the family. Everyone is kind, courteous, and professional, going above and beyond expectations. This is a well-run care company that will treat your loved one like a member of their own family. I do feel that my beloved Dad is in safe, caring hands. I highly recommend this care company. 11/10¬

My overall expereince has been good, and my husband feels the same. My husband has adapted well to the situation of having carers and that has made me less worried. We have found that the experience is helpful because the care visits give me the respite I need and the time to myself to get ready. Carers have been very kind, patient and thorough in their work and are extremely polite.

Our experience of all the carers we had look after our mum was absolutely first rate and far exceeded our expectations. They were always warm, caring and considerate. Quite frankly I don't think we could have managed without them. Palliative Care for Mum in her own home was manageable with the assistance of these exceptional carers. Highly recommended. They look after the family too! Five stars!

Have appreciated the efforts from the company to supply the same group of carers on a regular basis. The continuity is a great help in assisting with the care of my husband who has dementia.

I have found the carers professional and competent. Friendly and keen to do a good job. This applies to all the carers I have had. In addition, the office staff are helpful when I have contacted them.

Pleased with the support Mum receives. Most of the carers engage with Mum on a personal level, taking the time for a chat which she appreciates. People who work for the company at the management level are easy to communicate with and ready to listen to any requests. Thank you.

All the members of staff have treated me with dignity and respected my privacy. The staff are professional in their conduct, not only with me but also my family members. It is good to get the email from the management to tell us when the carers are arriving for that week.

I am extremely pleased with the care. Very friendly and helpful care teams. Always treated with dignity and respect. I am happy with the way they always listen to any input I give and communication between myself and carers is very good.

We have had a good experience of this care provider, providing twice-daily visits to my mum whilst she recuperates from a fall. Staff are empathetic, friendly and professional and the Derby manager was very responsive to my queries. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Carers were very polite and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a joy to see them each time. Hygiene was to a high standard. Very reliable. We contacted you at short notice, but you were still able to meet my needs. First class with my medication. I did appreciate carers wearing masks due to me being at high risk with my ongoing breathing problems. Really miss the girls, but hope to see them again next year.

Having two carers in four times a day, seven days a week can be a bit trying, you just have to get on with it. You can't always rely on the apps, sometimes they come early which makes it awkward at meal times. Having said that, the carers always turn up, sometimes they don't leave the bedroom tidy as they found it. Some carers are better than others. Overall, they do their job with a bit of banter which helps.

GoodOaks Homecare couldn't be more helpful, they really are great. Social services still haven't set up direct payment (2 months in), yet GoodOaks continue to provide excellent service. They've been super flexible with Mum and Dad's needs, stepping up the service and adjusting times to suit Dad.
