I highly recommend Unique homecare. Since day one of contact the team have been nothing but brilliant. From the initial home visit to assess what we needed for mum to starting visits the time frame was great. We currently have three morning visits a week just to give me a few mornings without having a carer visit to do beforehand. Whenever we've needed additional visits the team have been instant to respond. Communication from the team is brilliant. We use a message book for quick requests for the carer to do such as moving a lunch plate down for mum in her fridge. The team are always quick to let me know if they have spotted anything with mums health during their visit via email and phone. Mum was also invited to a Christmas social with the team and other service users and although she was unable to attend this last one it was nice for her to recieve an invitation.

The lady who comes fortnightly to spend time with my wife, who has Alzheimer's, is very caring, professional and so very friendly. When visiting she fully engages my wife in conversations and spends time helping her with crosswords and word search books. While I can do these tasks having a someone else involved stimulates my wife's mind and does her a lot of good.

Overall excellent service from all involved in my care. Having just joined Unique Homecare Lincoln I didn't know what to expect. The sensitive, professional way in which I was approached came when I was at my lowest I can't thank enough.

What an exceptional company! We are often quick to complain but slow to praise. I and all of my family have been thrilled at the quality of care and conscientious staff employed here. Nothing is too much trouble. Even if something isn't quite right, a quick word sees immediate action and resolution or compromise. You do get what you pay for! A little over the average hourly rate but worth every single penny! You would be lucky to find better communication skills and constant monitoring of your loved ones, which gives you peace of mind and allows your life to carry on. Don't hesitate to call this company, you will not regret it!

I've only recently joined Unique as a client. I'm 83, male, and a stroke victim with fairly significant mobility issues. Living alone and needing further help at weekends I was advised to contact Unique. What a wonderful piece of advice. From day one it's been an exceptional experience. Admission procedures were swift and efficient, including a visit to my own home by a senior member of staff. What followed in practice was a template of that first impression. The frontline carers are first-rate. Punctuality and reliability are 'givens'. Generous with their time and spirit, they are such welcoming ambassadors to the quality of care that Unique provides. Administratively, the constituent parts of the company work in unison, all on the same page. Training of staff is rigorous and much appreciated. I experienced first-hand the shadowing visits for new recruits. I have no hesitation in recommending Unique to anyone seeking exceptional care provision.

I have been using Unique Homecare Services to provide personal care and home help for my mum for around six months now and our experience has been very positive. The initial assessment was very thorough and the subsequent care plan was well tailored to suit my mum's specific needs and preferences. My mum has been happy with the care she has received so far-she has found the carers respectful, attentive and patient. I have been very impressed with both the service's quality of communication with me and the flexibility of the care they have provided to accommodate my mum's circumstances.

The service from Unique Homecare has been excellent from the carers and the office staff. I have recently asked for an extra morning visit for my Father and this was quickly sorted out. Would definitely recommend it.

We are very happy with Unique Homecare, the service they provide has given us peace of mind, my 94-year-old mother-in-law is able to stay in her bungalow with their help. They go in daily and do whatever is needed, kind friendly staff and on time. We would highly recommend them!

Overall I'm really pleased with Unique Homecare. The carers are friendly, understanding and very kind to my husband and me. In fact, on occasion, when I haven't been feeling great, the office staff have contacted me to check I am ok. I would be very happy to recommend Unique Homecare and, actually, have already done so.

This is the best thing I have ever done, my stepfather never wanted any help from a carer. I can honestly say he is very grateful and happy with the care he is receiving. So thank you very much. I know if he needs more help with anything I will be only too pleased to let you look after him.

I have had the carers for about two years now and am very satisfied with their service, young and the adults. Nothing is too much trouble and they always ask before they leave if there's anything more I require them to do or need.

The team at Unique gave both my mum and aunt exceptional care over the last 3 years. They were able to respond very quickly when asked to help out following several emergencies. The team were very trustworthy and caring and frequently went over and above. They were always on time unless on the very few occasions when there was an emergency elsewhere and then they let Mum know there was a problem. One carer brought Mum some homemade cake after she’d helped her understand a recipe she was struggling with as Mum had been a good baker. The staff in the office have always been very helpful and responded quickly to requests. We would not hesitate to recommend them as a company.

From a glowing recommendation in early August 2023, it was a short wait to put in place care for my husband with a marvellous man whom we have the greatest praise for. He is skilled in motivating, engaging, instilling trust and carefully managing my husband’s personal care and dementia. A bonus is that I am more relaxed about the part that I play because I have ‘me times’ and have backup. There are two relief workers whom he has introduced in case he’s not available. The organisation has a person-centred/excellence ethos.

Unique provide a high quality, friendly caring service. The carers are well trained, patient and empathetic and the company is efficiently run and reliable. Unique have enabled my mother to remain in her own home much longer than we thought would be possible and she looks forward to their visit every day. Highly recommended.

My 90-year-old mum came out of hospital into the care of Unique Homecare Services Lincoln Ltd. The service they provide is excellent allowing her to stay in her own home. If they have any concerns, they always contact myself or my brother so we are kept updated with everything. Thanks, Unique Homecare Services Lincoln Ltd.

Mum has been receiving care from Unique twice a day since the middle of March this year. Everyone is so friendly and kind - nothing is too much trouble. The office staff always respond promptly and politely and are very helpful. The carers are lovely with Mum - she looks forward to their visits. They are respectful and courteous and a breath of fresh air!

Simply great service, thank you. All staff are friendly, efficient and prepared to go the extra mile in times of crisis (sadly, on a regular basis!). Mum trusted everyone involved and was treated with respect and compassion. Thank you to you all.

I get on well with the carers who visit me. They really are caring ladies and report on small or large things that they don't think are right, so I can contact my surgery. New carers are always shadowed before they attend me solo! This care company always ring me if a carer is going to be late due to a previous client or traffic hold up. I am provided with regular lists of carers visiting me once a day for 45 minutes. I am always happy to see my carers each day.
