I would recommend Elite Care and Comfort Ltd. My partner had cancer and received exceptional care of the highest standard. The staff were polite, caring for my partner with a smile, they were very hard working and thorough, friendly and very professional and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

All the Staff was amazing, all was very friendly, trustworthy, all took time and listened to us. They made my dad feel very comfortable on his last days.. i couldn't be any more greatful. Very caring team

The carers are reliable always turn up on time and they show respect and treat her with dignity. They are very good with my mother and do not rush her, they always take an interest in what she is doing. I would recommend them to others who needed help.

I cannot praise your staff enough. They were kind, thoughtful, caring and treated you with dignity and always came in with a smile and a cheery hello. Nothing was too much trouble even filling my little dog's water dish and putting her biscuits out. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone needing home care.

Thank you .. you provided care to my dad for a very short time due to terminal illness and all carers were outstanding. They showed nothing but respect, care and professionalism. Each staff member involved us as a family and we appreciate everything they did.

The care my mother received from everyone connected to this care company was second to none. They treated her and the rest of the family with so much care and respect. They were always willing to engage in conversation with mum, and until she got bad at the end. Mum loved nothing more than a good old natter. All the carers were extremely helpful in moving mum from the chair to a wheelchair/ bed/commode etc., especially towards the end when she found this extremely difficult. Well done to you all. You are a credit to the company.

Recommend Elite care. Had some amazing carers attend to assist with me. Communication has always been 100% with the team leader and also the manager when needed. Any slight issue has been dealt with effectively with a positive outcome. Carers are friendly and professional and always ensure I’ve everything I need etc.

Elite Care has been visiting my partner since 08/02/24 4 times per day. During this period they have always been friendly, trustworthy, and efficient. Not at any point have they given me concern that they are not providing the correct level of care. I will also be extending the service soon to provide me with 4 hours per week of respite time. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Always did their job well and developed a good relationship with all the family. Showed empathy and compassion at all times. Always respected my wife's dignity and kept her spirits up on bad days. Even attended her funeral.

As the client's family, we could not have wished for a better team than you to have cared for our lovely mum, who absolutely adored every single one of you. The last few weeks of Mum's life were really hard for the carers, you were not phased by any of it, and for that we would like to thank each and every one of you. Love the family.

I would highly recommend. The staff was very respectful and caring towards my mum. Even took the time to make her look pretty and put her makeup on. On the morning my mum passed away, I walked in to find a member of staff holding my mum's hand. That meant so much to me.

They are friendly and kind and they do everything very well. They are not lazy, do things very neatly and will chat with the client and share stories. They are very patient and we are happy with their service.

The care and support was excellent. If I needed extra help with my husband, I just rang the manager and within five to ten minutes the team were here to help. I would just like to say a big thank you for all the care and support you all gave to my husband and myself. Thank you.

My mum has two carers four times daily. The care she receives is excellent. Each and every one that attends offers the same care and attention to Mum's needs. Nothing is too much trouble. All the carers are friendly, caring and compassionate. I would not hesitate in recommending this company, they truly are 'elite'. We could not manage without them.

We are highly delighted with this service. All carers treat both of us with the utmost respect and dignity and are always there to help with anything.

My wife and I were very highly satisfied with your staff who took care of our son throughout his illness. Our son also commented on their care, and friendliness towards him. Our son passed away at 12.35 pm on Sunday 2nd October 2022.

What a brilliant company! I had to try and source some temporary care for my elderly mum for when I went away for a week. The manager came out to meet Mum and I to discuss her needs, dates etc and do the appropriate assessments. The ladies came every day as promised and checked on Mum, kept her company and attended to anything she needed doing. Mum felt safe and I could rest better knowing she had someone to check on her every day. Would highly recommend. Thank you Elite Care, we will hopefully be using you again in the future.

I can't praise Elite Care enough. We have 3 regular girls that come to care for my mum and they are always on time, always happy and polite. They chat to my mum and take an interest. Can't thank them enough.

The care and support our uncle, 9 years, received from your team was outstanding. The way Uncle's ladies (which he called them) greeted him put a smile on his face. Care was excellent with no negativity. This enables him to stay in his own home. We have no problem in saying 10/10 and recommend the Elite Care team every time.
