My mum has been receiving care visits for a few months now. We are happy with the care provided, the carers arriving regularly and on time. My mum is extremely hard of hearing but the carers manage to liaise with her and she enjoys the visits.

The care this agency provides is outstanding and far surpasses that provided by previous agencies that we had. They are absolutely excellent throughout. They work with the service user and family to identify their priorities and preferences and ensure these are kept central to the care. They are proactive and responsive. They have made a real difference to my mother and our family.

ST Complete Care Ltd has been very helpful with the care for my mother. After having a stroke and needing assistance with washing and dressing, their help has become invaluable. They have taken the time to get to know her and understand her limits due to limited mobility which gives me peace of mind when I cannot be around.

ST Complete Care have been an absolute godsend at a time when my mum needed urgent support. They were able to provide an immediate care plan that was just right for Mum, and she has benefited significantly from it even after just a couple of weeks. She feels well cared for and more comfortable, and as a family, we have peace of mind that Mum is in safe hands. The care plan has been tailored to exactly what Mum needs, and the kindness shown to her has been exemplary. As a family we feel supported, we have good communication links with the manager, and we can’t thank ST Complete Care enough for their provision just at the time we needed it. Thank you so much.

Always very efficient, kind and generous. Carers are very cooperative with my wife. I cannot find any fault with the care service, and we are privileged to have them as my wife's carers.

Staff show genuine care and compassion and are very knowledgeable and understanding. I have full confidence that my wife is attended to kindly and professionally, both with or without my attendance. They have been instrumental in ensuring that additional medical requirements have been identified and resolutions sought.

We have received amazing care and support. The carers are so friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. They treat my mum with so much dignity and have made it possible for her to remain at home and happy. We, as a family, feel supported, also as I am able to call at any time and speak about any worries or concerns.

My sister and I have been so happy with the service provided. Our mum has adjusted so well, and that's because they show such friendly warmth towards her, as well as taking care of her needs at such a high standard. This gives all peace of mind knowing she is in good hands.

We have found ST Complete Care to be professional, caring, understanding and accommodating. They go above and beyond when it comes to giving an outstanding service, from the management to the carers themselves they are organised and are doing an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone as they truly care about their clients and work.

ST Complete Care came to care for my Mum. The manager and the carers worked hard to establish a rapport with Mum and help Mum with confidence which was very low. They had a real skill at engaging Mum and cheering her up. Mum was in a new environment and upset about her condition of frailty and Parkinson's. In Mum’s own words, when the manager and her team walked through the door, Mum felt it was a breath of fresh air and she could relax. This response showed us how challenging it is to have a chronic condition and how critical relief and support is, which ST Complete Care provided. We loved the care and would very much want the team back to help with Mum.
