My family are absolutely in unison with the fact that Dad's care time have been exemplary in all depatments. They are courteous, respectful and considerate to all Dad's needs as well as exhibiting humour and understanding.

We continue to have an excellent experience with Violet Home Care. Mum has 3 regular carers and really likes them all, and often comments on how lucky she is to have such lovely carers. All the team at Violet are very supportive and really work with us to ensure Mum's care and safety. After Mum's recent hospital stay, Violet were really efficient, proactive and flexible to enable additional care for when she came home. Would highly recommend.

We have found the overall service from Violet Care to be very good and significantly better than previous agencies. In the early stages before the care started I did find I was chasing a lot and didn't find the communication that good at that point, however once the care started things were way better. A particular staff member has been particularly good not only in her timekeeping (really consistent) but also in the way she interacts with mum. Communication is good, the careers do inform us if they are likely to be delayed at all, which is great as we are able to tell mum not to worry, this has been very good. I know my sister has seen a few inconsistencies when that particular staff member isn't visiting but we think this is just familiarisation with the routines and this has been discussed and Violet Home Care have looked to help us ensure it's consistent across the 3 carers that do visit. Hence the 4 stars simply reflect that it's very good but just a few minor things we're working to improve.

My father was looked after so tenderly in his last weeks by all the staff of Violet Homecare. He was treated with dignity and respect at all times and everyone who was involved went above and beyond to give him the best possible care. They kept in touch with me on pretty much a daily basis, whenever they had any concerns at all. I could not have been been more reassured that he was being looked after at the times I couldn't be there. Highly recommend this company.

I like the carers who come. We get the same carers for my husband so good continuity of care. One particular carer is very good with the medication. He knows all the ins and outs. My husband likes to joke with the carers and he is happy when he sees them. They all try their best. I give them 10/10.

I have no complaint whatsoever. The girls arrive on time - if there is traffic there is an exception. I have a particular favourite, she is lovely.

Happy always with the care and the carers. They keep me independent as much as they can. I live with my sister and we sort out the times for the carers to suit us both. Happy with Violet carers.

The care my mum receives is actually satisfactory. The carers are very friendly and helpful. Also, the admin staff is really helpful and polite.

The staff from Violet Home Care are very friendly and caring. I cannot fault them at all. Mum has been looked after by them for nearly 3 months now and she is very pleased with the level of care she is receiving.

I feel I would be able to recommend this company to anyone. The young ladies sometimes need direction but are always willing.

It is the most professional place that I have ever experienced. I love the girls. One takes me out on a Wednesday to the town and I love the driver too. They take all my rubbish down. They cream my legs, heels, and feet. They change my sheets and make my bed. They make me tea and toast in the mornings. They do anything that I ask. I have no complaints - only praise.

Have been with Violet Care for 6 months now. Service is excellent, they treat their client with respect, care and patience. Always arrive with a cheerful smile and show concern when needed. Well done Violet Care.

My wife is very happy with the carers who treat her with dignity and respect. Always has the door closed in the bathroom. If I need to raise anything I will call the office. I have recently raised a couple of requests and this has been dealt with quickly.

We are really pleased with the care that Violet Home Care provide to my Mum who is bed-bound, the staff are caring, friendly and respectful to Mum and the family. Support from the management team is excellent, with advice and guidance available at any time.

We are very pleased with the care my mother has been receiving from Violet Home Care. All the girls are great that come regularly. When we have a issue whatever it may be, I will speak to management and we work through the problem to resolve the situation which is so important to me as Mum has dementia and they are used to dealing with clients with this. Well done all.

Violet Home Care have provided very good care for my elderly relative. The staff are friendly, considerate and helpful; they have been prepared to go the extra mile at times when issues have arisen. My relative had no complaints at all to make when I asked him, he looks forward to his carers' visits.

I acknowledge who comes each day - their name and their arrival time. They are very punctual and when they leave, I feel happy with the carers and the experience on the whole. Sometimes there is an English barrier, which is understandable. The owner rings us and sometimes looks in on us which is good backup. I feel they give me privacy in the bathroom and wait outside the closed door. They are very patient with me. Very gentle and polite. Happy with the three girls that come, all respectful and smiling.
