View Full Details of Quality & Compassion LtdFrom our first meeting with Quality & Compassion Ltd, we knew we were in good hands. All of the carers who came to assist my husband were lovely. Whilst professional, they were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They engaged brilliantly with my husband and chatted with him to make him feel comfortable. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
Quality & Compassion Ltd has shown from the start great compassion, professionalism and good understanding and knowledge of how to care for someone with a severe physical disability and complex changing health needs. The entire QC Ltd team has great values and goes out of its way to accommodate the wishes and wants of the service user and their family where possible. Good communication is another strong plus. But one thing that stands out the most is the great continuity of a solid, specialist care team with great personal and caring skills. Despite the daily challenges, QC Ltd make a great positive difference that we greatly appreciate!
Very helpful and friendly. Always on time and explain everything that's going on. Let me know what and when they are doing things. Make Mum feel very comfortable and supportive of her needs. Wash up, tidy up and keep the place looking nice.
I thank you all for your wonderful caring staff helping me get through this very difficult time. We have found all of your carers very helpful thorough and extremely professional Needless to say, we are extremely grateful.
The carers are kind, patient and very supportive. I have been able to feel safe and my mental health difficulties are very carefully managed with advice and support always available from the company's managers who are knowledgeable and make themselves available when needed. After over a year of wonderful, stable care, I feel like all my needs are better understood and that I am supported to have a voice regarding my care needs and any plans in place to support me to move forward and adjust to my increased disability and my poor mental health. Thank you to such a wonderful care company, and everyone who works with me, I do feel like I am making progress.
Having a live-in carer recently for Dad who suffers with Parkinson's dementia. Am so impressed with the professionalism in every area of the service and the dedication of the carers is humbling. Could not be happier.
My husband and I are very happy with the care he receives. The carers have become like part of our extended family. Quality and compassion regularly check in to make sure we are doing OK. They are also great at helping us if we require additional support.
Quality and Compassion stepped in when I had been having great difficulty finding suitable carers for my little boy. Right from the beginning they were very attentive to our needs and it's the first time we felt heard in the time we had been using various other care providers. The carers are very polite, well trained and always leave our home in a very well cared for state. This has been a huge weight off my shoulders as a single mum and sole carer for my son. I wouldn't be without the support they have provided over the last 18 months or so.
It has been the culture of Quality & Compassion Ltd to provide quality, safe and compassionate care to clients, this has been accomplished by intensive training which is continuously provided to enhance the carer's skills, coupled with spot checks and supervision, the company also do advocate for teamwork which is geared towards providing the best care to service users which have been achieved so far through all-round support from the management team.
All my carers are helpful and cheerful. They all do the following! Prepare breakfast - make cup of tea. Wash dishes. Make or change bed. Take rubbish out and replace new bags in bins.
We have established a good routine with our lovely carers who are professional, caring and friendly for which we are very grateful.
The carers who attend me, show the utmost kindness and care, combined with respect to preserve my dignity. They are unfailingly willing and sympathetic.
The care received by my husband is always dignified, friendly and upbeat! They arrive on time and are never in a rush to get away. I regard them as friends, who are always willing to go that extra mile with noncaring tasks I find difficult to do by myself. We couldn't receive a better service.
I have been very impressed with the care I have had from Quality & Compassion, since leaving respite care last June. Great care was taken to match me to a carer and any worries I have had have been quickly addressed. I feel very lucky and blessed to have the care that I have, and have already recommended them to two friends.
