View Full Details of Choices Homecare (Rotherham Central & South)A pleasant interview. Very pleasant with a friendly interview with consideration to my needs from the company and home carers.
My wife who is housebound needs four visits per day and I have to say both myself and my wife are thrilled with the service choices given to us. We have in the past had terrible experiences with home care companies but we are over the moon having found choices. The girls go above and beyond what we expected would be supplied. Would not have no problem recommending choices to others who might be looking for care for their loved ones. Finally found the care my wife needs after being disappointed with other suppliers.
Did Dad's review/assessment, she was very professional, she was on time.
My mother has dementia and is frail. She required care assistants to get her up in the morning and prepare her breakfast. She has four visits per day for medications and make her a sandwich at tea time and assist her to bed at night. Rarely were her visits at the prescribed times so her medications were not received when required, and assisting getting up and going to bed never happened (not many people go to bed at 7.30 pm). During Covid, one care assistant refused to wear PPE and stated they had refused vaccinations.
I'm very happy with my care. I am treated with kindness, dignity and respect. The 'Choices Specialist Community Care & Support' team are a wonderful set of people who go the extra mile to make sure all my needs are met - thank you.
