Walfinch helped looked after Mum for a year until her recent death. We had them in every morning for half an hour to attend to her personal needs. They were wonderful. Unfailingly cheerful and very professional. Several carers became Mums friends and she looked forward to their visit. Walfinch were very professional as an organisation and there was always someone on the end of the phone when needed. They were flexible when we had to put Mum into respite care and overall we were delighted with the service. Simply put, we couldn't have given Mum a home with us without their help. It meant so much to us.

I cannot recommend Walfinch Mid and South Buckinghamshire Home Care Provider highly enough. My mother lives with Alzheimer's and has been a client for several years now. The care given is wonderful. The carers take time and care in looking after my mother's personal care needs. They sing to her and chat to her and always make her personal care time a happy time for her. They ensure she looks lovely by attending to the little things that are important to the client, like a pretty hair accessory and scarf. As a family, we know Mum is happy and settled with the care she receives. Thank you Walfinch! We could not be without you.

I would recommend Walfinch to a friend. They are good value for money. The carers are friendly and always try to help us - a few of the team go the extra mile to make us comfortable. Any problems we have encountered have been satisfactorily resolved.

I have been with Walfinch now for coming up to a year and I have no complaints. I find the carers are very good at their job and they are very caring. I haven’t really had any problems with them and nothing is really a problem, they all do what they can for you. This is the second clear company I have and I must admit that this care company is marvellous with everything that they do and they’re not in a rush and they take time to explain everything to you. They are such a great bunch of men and women and I am very thankful for all they do for me and appreciate everything. I would like to thank the managing director and all your staff, you’re doing a fantastic job and it’s nice to feel you are human and not just a number.

We are very pleased with the service and care that Walfinch give to our mother. The carers and management are very kind and courteous to our needs and nothing is too much trouble if we have to make contact to make any changes to visits or the care plan. We have been with Walfinch for nearly two years now and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for care.

I have been very happy with the service and care that Walfinch has provided for my wife over the last few months. Both carers and management have provided a good service. The carers are very kind and caring and take care of all her personal needs. Apart from the occasional timekeeping not being as on schedule due to carers being delayed, I am generally very happy with the service.

So far good service. Friendly staff and helpful, only been using these carers for about 3 months, was very happy with the manager who came out to see me for the assessment and told us when they could start.

I am the son and power of attorney of my mother. In May 2021 her existing care provider, suddenly and abruptly, closed down. Walfinch, having had the experience of my mother when staff worked for the predecessor, were very keen to extend their care and help to us. The transfer went smoothly. In December, my mother went into hospital, unable to move her legs. On release, she could move but had other complications that we were not informed of. Over Christmas, our time was wretched but was made better by the care and professionalism of the Walfinch staff - well trained, respectful and caring. They do, at times, a difficult job; well recommended.

We have been using Walfinch services since May 2021. We find the team helpful and professional. Any change to the rota are communicated quickly and they do their best to be flexible. The times of the calls, which is of particular importance to us, is very reliable. The carers themselves are kind and considerate with high attention to detail and, in these Covid times, their hygiene regimen is very good.
