A special mention to a gentleman who showed so much care it was unbelievable. My dad always spoke very highly of him and they both formed a friendship. When my Dad passed away he was so very upset and he came along to Dad's funeral.
The carers are always kind and friendly. Dad has improved a lot since you have been visiting. I just wish you would be more consistent in visiting times - the times can vary by more than 30 minutes and this makes it difficult to plan because we cannot be sure when the carers will arrive.
I have been assisted in washing and dressing for nearly four months and have found my carers friendly, kind, caring and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble.
Geocare Services have been helpful and caring to the patient. They are always warm and calm towards her and communicate well with her. However, sometimes during some instances, it felt that the job was rushed or not completed. Hygiene has been an issue with the patient's toilet where a mop has not been rinsed and left soiled after mopping the area which in many instances leaves a bad odour in the patient's bathroom. All in all a good caring company and we will continue with them.
General care is good. The staff are always willing to motivate Mum as she has dementia and Alzheimers. The only thing that I feel should happen is that with this illness regular carers who create a bond as seeing different people gets them confused, sometimes negative to strange people. All in all, ok. Thanks. I sometimes have had to contact the local office to address issues in the log book ie meds not recorded in the meds book and could not read the notes in the log but it's always addressed.
My husband has Parkinson's. The cares who come see him are very caring, they talk to him and make sure he is fine, they are good to me, I do not know what I would do without them.
I have been a client of this company for a few weeks now I had a couple of small worries at the very beginning I called the management team straight away. They were more than happy to listen and reassured me they would correct my worries. They did. From the very next day and ongoing since I have received the best possible care from a wonderful carer who understands my needs. Any worries I may have had at the very beginning have totally gone. I couldn't be any happier. I'm very grateful to the whole team, especially my wonderful carer.
Our parent has been a client of Geocare Services for around 9 months and receives domiciliary care four times per day, every day. Their carers are reliable, professional and respectful even when dad's Alzheimer's makes him 'difficult'. They are prompt to communicate with the family and the staff and managers do their utmost to keep everyone informed and up to date on dad's state of health and mental wellbeing. Staff will go the extra mile in helping solve problems and rarely limit themselves purely to what is written in Dad's care plan. They take time to sit and chat with Dad, ensure that Dad is comfortable and happy and I can honestly say that I have never felt so supported and cared about. For the first time in seven years, I have been able to relax in the knowledge that dad is well cared for. I can not praise this agency enough for their kindness, respect and hard work when it comes to looking after Dad. They truly provide a 'service' and nothing is too much trouble for them.

This company have been looking after me for several months now and I have found that all of the carers are polite, professional and supportive and the management has been a huge support and have gone out of their way to help and assist me in any way that they possibly can and continue to do so. I have had other companies taking care of me previously but they did not support and look after me like Geocare services do and as a result of this my life is much better.
