View Full Details of Eleanor Nursing & Social Care Ltd - BarnetI have used home care for many months and as I am 97 years old need quite a lot of help so have had many carers. All are good and several are exceptionally good. I complement your carers.
I would describe Eleanor as a very caring, understanding and responsible family member. Providing care one needs from the bottom of their heart. My partner has severe mental health issues. Looking after him involved a lot of effort then I came across Eleanor, I was already disappointed with another agency and had doubts but my experience starting from reception to management what the carers have done is exceptional.
We are generally pleased with the care services that are being provided to my mother. The care workers are warm, friendly and chatty. Those that speak Gujarati are particularly appreciated. My mother is happy with the care that she is being given.
The carers never let me down - always come three times a day - very occasionally a little later that's no problem. The service is very good - they always ask if there is anything else I require after they serve me a meal. I am very happy with the service.
All the carers genuinely "care" which is very reassuring.
The care provided by Eleanor Care during my mother's last days was a huge comfort to my father and the rest of my family. The carers all showed considerable attention and diligence in all aspects of my mother's care to make her as comfortable as possible and throughout treated her with dignity and compassion. We were very impressed with the professionalism and thoughtfulness shown, and cannot thank the entire team at Eleanor Care enough.
Care for my son from Eleanor Care has been healthy and good. The management office team acts on my son and our requests. The allocated care staff who work more or less permanently with him provides excellent care for him; and understands his needs. My son always can't wait in the morning or the afternoon to see her!
I could not be happier with the help I have received. The company have always been professional yet always empathetic and caring. I have been so fortunate with the carers I have been given. In the beginning, they took me out of the house and made sure I ate and washed. And now my current carer is one of the most helpful people I have ever encountered. She fills me with confidence and trust allows me to feel safe and gives me the belief I am progressing. I genuinely cannot rate her more.
The carers are excellent in their performance and do their work without any hindrance. They take due care of the patient, do the bed, dress up the patient, help in shower. They come in time, provided they are not help up in traffic. On the whole, we are satisfied in their work.
Eleanor Nursing & Social Care came into our contact after our very bad experience with another company. From the lady at reception to the coordinator are polite and professional and try their best to cater to the needs and requirements. The main carer is a very caring, compassionate, professional and a polite person. My partner has developed a special bond with him, previously, he never established with anyone. It has done immense good for him. We are thankful to him.
Overall very good. The carers do their best to see I am happy with everything! They always ask if I need help with a wash or shower - service meals for breakfast - lunch and supper - they will do some domestic if needed. Thank you.
My mother is happy with the carers. I have met them on several occasions. They treat her well and look after her needs. I am merely an observer when visiting my mother. The carers like interacting with my mother too and they have a good bond with each other which helps.
Excellent service. Arrive on time and do all that is required. The manager is very helpful and gives us good advice. Treated well by the carers. They speak Gujarati, which helps. Very accommodating and flexible.
Happy with the service
As I am not here all the time to oversee care, what I do see is very good. My father's needs are great as he cannot feed himself, is bedridden and totally incontinent. The carers take good care to make sure he eats and is clean. Especially fantastic are two of his carers who are very caring.
The experience so far has been good sometimes bad because the usual care worker is not there and any new staff have to tell them exactly what to do and where items stay in the house. Overall okay. Thanks
Some cares are much better than others. Some have very little life experience, some have a very poor command of English, and communication can be difficult. I sometimes feel rushed around. The carers seem to be under pressure checking time constantly. The overall experience varies from very poor to good depending on the carers. The same applies to the level of care and support. Some staff are excellent and caring.
Good service. Helpful at all times. Been sent good staff over a long time. Plenty of encouragement and improvement that has given me a push forward.
