We are both very pleased with the service of care my Husband is receiving in the short time we have been with Severn Vale. We are sure that this continue going forward. We have been grateful to all the staff for their helpful and courteous manner and will look forward to our continuing care with Severn Vale.

From the moment of picking the phone up to call Severn Vale Home Care they have been nothing but professional, efficient, well organised supplying an exceptional care service. They answered the phone and the person I spoke to came out to see my mother to assess her needs, and within a week supplied a full care service - 4 calls a day - a rota was sent out weekly so everyone knew who was coming and exactly what time - perfect for someone as house bound as my mother. I couldn't fault their service.

Severn Vale Home Care was selected by my daughter-in-law after my recent heart scare- and what an inspired choice. They have provided outstanding care to my wife who suffers from MS and is wheelchair bound. The staff are without a doubt a perfect example of what caring should be. They are "understanding and caring" and have contributed in no small way to my own recovery process, and to my wife's mental recovery, always providing smiles and help that really matters. They have become part of our family and we look forward to their coming each day. There is no doubt in my mind that Severn Vale Home Care has played a vital part in the well-being of my wife and my own recovery. As we do not want to lose their input we have decided to continue with a once-a-week visit indefinitely. Me and my family cannot thank them enough for all they have done for us and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a care package.

Severn Vale carers have looked after my mum for a year with 2-3 visits per day. I can't speak highly enough of their service. The manager and the team are very easy to contact and very responsive. The carers are reliable and the individuals were professional as well as genuinely interested in my mum and making her life as easy as possible, she looked forward to seeing them. I would definitely recommend Severn Vale.

I would recommend Severn Vale Home Care as their carers are very caring, friendly and nothing was any trouble for them. We had 2 visits a day and they were always on time. Not only did they assist my mum they were company for her. She actually looked forward to them coming. Anyone looking for care for a loved one I would look no further than Severn Vale Home Care.

Having only been with Severn Vale Home Care for the past few months, I would recommend them very highly, from the very caring, professional, polite carers I have, to the office staff I have spoken to, and managers, all I have found to be so accommodating and helpful.

We feel like finding Severn Vale has given us our lives back - we were drowning - the rapid onset of dementia for my husband's mum was all-consuming, we are a small family so everything was on myself and my husband's shoulders - then I called Severn Vale. Mother-in-law has always been a difficult lady so to be honest I didn't hold out too much hope - but I was wrong - she loves the girls - adores them. They are friendly, kind, calm, prompt, clean and very helpful mowing the lawn - walking the dog - taking her to co-op - washing her clothes - nothing is too much trouble. We honestly cannot fault them or sing their praises any more than I do already. 100% would recommend.

The level of care provided by the team looking after our father was outstanding. He was a gentleman with a personality and unusual likes. Everyone took their time to know him and his needs. They always had patience, a smile and a huge amount of kindness. Although his health deteriorated rapidly the standard of care was so high and they were never rushed. The team also found time to care for myself and his son. For that, we can't thank them enough. From management to the carers everyone supported Dad and ourselves and we were all able to care for him at home until he passed away. We would have no hesitation in recommending Severn Vale Home Care.

We are delighted to have found Severn Vale, they are efficient and the office is very responsive to queries. The carers are all very pleasant and helpful and also do cleaning to a good standard and get through all the work needed in the time allotted. If they have covered all the jobs they ask if there is anything else to be done. The morning carers are on time and check that Mum is up and okay and always ask if she wants any personal care. We are very pleased with the service so far and the daily updates are very useful and reassuring.

I am very pleased with the care my mum receives from Severn Vale. At the moment we only need one regular visit a week, but it is easy to book extra visits in advance if necessary. The carers are very kind and considerate, and my mum enjoys their company. I have complete peace of mind knowing that Mum is happy and well cared for, thank you.

Severn Vale Home Care simply put my mind at rest with the care they provide for my mum. The staff are lovely and communication is fantastic. I can see notes from every visit on the app they provide and when I contact them about anything they are quick to reply and happy to sort. Mum is happy and cared for very well and the support received is great. Thank you.

Severn Vale employs lovely staff, and Mum enjoys their visits very much. They have a very good communication system and respond well to feedback and requests when we need to fine-tune. As we are now up to 3-4 visits daily, this caters to all aspects of Mum's care. The staff are very observant, and inform us of any concerns, as well as shopping requests etc. Mum lives in a village west of Worcester, and so it is all the more impressive that they can reliably get to her. I would not hesitate to recommend Severn Vale and have found them to be by far the best out of several we have had over many years. Mum has been receiving this level of care, over many, many months, often by the same carers, and so they have a great rapport, which is equally important. Keep up the good work, thanks from all the family.

Extremely satisfied with most aspects of the treatment I receive. The girls are all polite and friendly and carry out their tasks very efficiently, apart from the occasional mistakes in putting items away where they go, which means researching everywhere - frustrating and time-wasting! One or two girls will foresee a job without being asked - very encouraging!

After a long stay in hospital, Mum has recently returned home and started using Severn Vale Home Care. Both the office staff and carers are very understanding and compassionate. They endeavour to understand Mum's individual needs and take the time to have a chat with Mum. For me, it's very reassuring to see the carer's notes after each visit via their app.

After a rollercoaster of trying to find the best care for my mother, I was fortunate to find Severn Vale Home Care. My experience with them has been very positive, both with the office staff that coordinate care schedules, as well as the excellent team of carers. My mother has benefited greatly from the intentional care given to her from the care staff. I myself, have witnessed the warmth, kindness and respectful nature of those I have met. This brings great relief to me as I do not live locally to my mother and thus am reliant on the wonderful support that is given. Thank you Severn Vale Care Team for all that you do for my mother and all others in your care. Your dedication is much appreciated.

I find the carers are very sensitive to your needs and always cheerful. I've always found they are always the same and make sure I take my medication.

Carers are all polite and very caring, carers have got to know me as a person and my routine. Always helpful and ask if I need anything, they are all good characters and I really get on with everybody. Would appreciate a little more communication with the office as I like to know what is going on for the week, but they always help me out where they can.

I expected adequate care for my aunt as she progressed to the CHC pathway, however, the team of carers show her dignity and respect, making her comfortable and going above and beyond when situations have dictated and providing sound care for her physical being as well as her emotional needs. Communicating updates, thoughts and concerns whenever necessary to management and family members.

We are, on the whole, very satisfied with the care that my husband receives. The carers are friendly and competent and most are prepared to go the second mile in doing whatever is needed. The one criticism I have, and it isn't major, is with the timing. On occasion, our lunchtime call has been at 3 pm, which is way off to be called lunchtime. Other times, the morning call is a little later than we would like, likewise in the evening. I appreciate that it must be extremely difficult to organise, so this is just an observation, not a complaint.

After approx 18/12 experience, I can only relate to care, excluding food preparation. They are unfailingly polite and friendly and make sure that we have no extra needs before they leave. For myself, as the full-time carer, they also provide a listening ear. We both feel the Worcester office to be responsive, and we value them highly.
