The end-of-life care support cannot be faulted. Every member of staff who cared for my loved one was kind, compassionate and extremely professional. The main live-in carer became like a member of the family. She was attentive and diligent, but also engaging and empathetic. She was able to smile and stay positive in the most difficult of circumstances and my loved one was completely at ease with her and enjoyed her company. Likewise, all the other carers who attended the house were both courteous and respectful. They were very much appreciated and valued by my loved one and his family. We could not have been more grateful for the support and care they gave. Would highly recommend.

A particular member of staff was an amazing support to my father-in-law in the final period of his life. She was so very kind and caring and always had a big smile. On behalf of his family, we are very grateful for the level of care provided by the staff member, she treated him like her own family and we are forever grateful.
