The company is very efficient, responding quickly to emails, sending schedules and confirming arrangements. My father's carers were kind and compassionate, but efficient in the care they provided. The company has much to recommend it.

My mother required live-in night support whilst she recovered from a health issue. Right at Home was very responsive and able to meet our requirements in a matter of a few days. More importantly, the care was excellent and the people who "slept in" overnight with my mother were terrific, the ability to have consistent faces was important for my mother as she could develop a trusting relationship which she did very quickly. Cannot recommend these folks highly enough.

Excellent service provided by the carers who go in every day. They take time to chat with my mum as well as completing the various jobs for her. My mum is always happy when they have visited. Thank you.

The Right at Home team are all caring individuals who are providing safe and effective care for my mother. She requires a daily one-hour visit to provide companionship, welfare check and administration of medicines. Her needs are met in an uplifting, dignified and caring way. The management team are responsive and adaptable to changes in circumstances and professional at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home as a home care provider.

We have until recently had the pleasure of using Right at Home as the secondary care provider for my father for the past two years. My husband has dementia and requires help with personal care. The management team at Right At Home in Loughborough were incredibly helpful and thorough with a very 'can do' attitude. The staff who care for my husband are well-trained and meticulous. They have total respect for both my husband and my home and we both look forward to their visits. They are patient, kind and always good-humoured - a vital asset when caring for someone with dementia. They do not leave us until I am entirely happy and my husband is comfortable and settled. I would recommend Right At Home to anyone who is looking for care for a loved one. Thank you so much.

My aunty has required care in her home since two periods of hospitalisation at the end of 2023. The care which has been provided by Right at Home is exceptional. The supervisory and management team keep up excellent communication and offer superb advice and suggestions. This is very welcome when trying to look after an elderly relative as it is often very difficult to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing when it is something you are not experienced with. The caregivers are so kind and caring, very often going above and beyond their standard duties to help out both my aunty and us, her close family. Myself and other close family members live over an hour away from my aunty, so it's very comforting to know that she is in such good hands. Right at Home, you are doing an excellent job - thank you.

My mother-in-law needed care suddenly after a short illness. I rang Right at Home Loughborough who answered the phone straight away, they arranged everything in a professional, friendly way. The carers arrived at more or less the same time each day. They helped my mother-in-law to get dressed, prepped breakfast and other meals, hot drinks etc. The staff were clean and well presented and more than helpful, cleaning the bathroom, making beds, and putting the vacuum around when asked to do so. Very good service, not cheap but worth it.

The carers are kind and attentive, willing to go the extra mile if need be to ensure that her needs are met. They are very understanding of her medical conditions and the company itself frequently demonstrates that the client is at the forefront of all decision-making. Right at Home Loughborough are an outstanding provider of care services. They have provided care for my mother for three days per week, for over eighteen months. The care staff are all friendly and extremely competent. The management systems kept at her home, ensure that any issues are reported and notified to other carers, and escalated if required. The company has also helped provide other services including advice on how to claim attendance allowance.

Right at Home are providing outstanding care to my mother. They have been very careful to understand her needs and match her with a carer who has helped her adjust as she is needing increasing levels of support. Taking her food shopping and ensuring the food is put away once home, leaves Mum able to manage her own meals. She really looks forward to the visits and companionship as well as the practical help she receives. I highly recommend Right at Home.

Right at Home have been suppling carers for my elderly parents. As a family we cannot thank the staff enough. They have been 100% committed and have genuinely supported them in every need, the carers have looked for any other issues that they can help with prior to leaving. My parents have decided that they need to go into a residential setting as they are both in their mid-90s. As a business, they fill all the criteria of a good and well-managed company Many thanks to all at Right at Home.

Mum started needing help from carers in early summer 2022. From the moment we first contacted them, Right At Home Loughborough were friendly, professional, caring and very reliable. Whilst Mum only needed one hour’s care visit per day, this service was reliably provided and the level of daily care and also the management support were thoroughly appreciated. Mum benefitted from Right At Home Loughborough’s services until January 2023 when she decided to move into a care home. I’d happily recommend them.

Your client is my mother. She is really quite disabled and has extremely limited mobility. She has severely impaired grip strength, widespread osteoarthritis, a degree of deafness, and a myriad of problems. Over the summer, for some reason, I can't remember what, she had carers from another company. They were not brilliant. What I mean by that, is that, and this is in no way racist, all from foreign climbs, and as such, had pronounced accents; which, due to mum's deafness, made it difficult for her to understand them. As individuals, by and large, they were nice people. They often, however, did not stay with mum for the whole hour that she'd paid for. Anyway, we dispensed with their services and were recommended your good selves....What a difference! All the ladies have English as their mother tongue. They are all kind and of a cheerful disposition. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they do stay for the full hour. All in all, can't fault them! Thank you all.
