View Full Details of Servoca Complex Care - ChelmsfordThe live in carer is brilliant, she is so kind and caring, always remains calm and helps client to be their self. We are really happy with the service we receive from Servoca and would definitely recommend them!!
Just like to say the carers that come here are brilliant. Couldn't wish for any better.
It is good that the client's care is consistent with people who know him. He is happy and thriving well.
I'm very happy with the help I get. I'm able to get out more and have company of understanding people. I have nothing but good things to say about my carers, they are awesome.
We have two excellent live in carers who do 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off to look after my wife who suffered a stroke and is in a wheelchair. They stay with her while I am at work or out of home and do her meals, drinks, keep her company, give her medication and accompany us on days out which is good company for both of us. Carers take her to the toilet at home or help me when out, and help with housework. The carers have massively improved my wife's quality of life and allowed me to get on with my own life and cope with looking after her. Management have also been really helpful with any problems or queries I might have.
