Cannot praise Senior Care Consultant and the staff at Milcare highly enough – extremely professional, without compromising the care our loved ones need. Changed to Milcare after a dreadful experience with a care agency recommended by Adult Care, and although Adult Care tried to deter us from moving Mum’s care away from their recommended company we are so glad we stood our ground and moved. The ladies from Milcare that looked after Mum had great empathy, and nothing was too much trouble and, always time for a chat – thank you so much Milcare!

Since being informed of Milcare via a friend, my husband, who is in a care home, and myself have been so very pleased and grateful for the help you have provided. We are both very happy with your service and would thoroughly recommend your service to anyone in need.

Very happy with the service. The staff are pleasant and reliable, but more importantly, treat Mum with care, respect and empathy. I would recommend Milcare in a heartbeat.

Since my dad had Milcare, me and my dad felly a lot happier with Milcare being my dad's care as he had a lot of bad carers over the years, not doing their jobs and looking after my dad right. So more than happy with this care.

Great staff, great support and amazing management. The staff are top class except one support staff but I can't say it. My hours of support are great.
