I am forever grateful to Utmostcare, they were there when nobody else would help us. They have been compassionate, caring, so helpful and put our minds at ease, the staff are caring and knowledgeable and communication has been perfect. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I are very pleased with the standard of care that he receives from Utmostcare. The carers are helpful, friendly, polite and very caring. They all greet my husband warmly and joke with him, which is important when they are the only people that he sees most of the time. The management have been very accommodating when my husband has hospital appointments and I request that the carers help him into his wheelchair or come at a different time to normal. Overall we would highly recommend them.

I have previously left a review but wanted to update it. Utmost care looked after my mother with a mix of lived-in care and visiting care from June 2022. Mum sadly died in February 2023, her wonderful carer was with her right to the end and was so compassionate and caring. Also, the manager was so caring and supportive. I cannot fault them, Mum was so fond of all her carers. They really improved her quality of life. They even took the time to attend her funeral and were so supportive of the family. Definitely recommended.

At present, the service provided by Utmost Care - is of a good standard. They aspire to meet the need of the client. They are punctual, considerate and caring toward their client and their needs. The level of care is at a very good standard to which the client is happy with the service provided.

Excellent service. We have never had a visit cancelled or carer not turn up. All carers are friendly and polite. I know we could not manage without them as I have health and mobility problems.

Utmost Care looked after my mother as a care package when leaving hospital after a hip fracture. The carers were always cheerful and friendly arriving with a big smile. Mum always felt at ease and they always asked if there was anything they could do for her. Thank you, Utmost Care.

Since July 2022 when a care package was put in place on discharge from hospital, my mum has been cared for by the staff at Utmostcare. Whilst she was reluctant at first, Mum soon realised what a difference the carers could make to her life and she has embraced their support and care ever since. All the carers we have had have shown amazing compassion and kindness and for that, I am very grateful. I would recommend Utmostcare to anyone looking for support for their loved ones. All contact with the manager has been very efficient, professional and supportive.

From the very first night this company were allocated to care for my mum, (since March 2022) that's exactly what they did - care for her. My mum accepted the team of carers coming 3 times a day readily and even had a favourite. All the carers were polite and respectful to my mum and she always enjoyed some fun banter with them all. I can't thank this company enough for the care they gave my mum and when there was an issue the manager responded very quickly, even once attending to Mum herself to make sure she had been looked after.

Right from the beginning, the staff at Utmostcare have been brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. I have phoned up a few times and requested certain things that my mother-in-law needed and straight away they answered my calls and put into place what my mother-in-law needed. My mother-in-law had a massive stroke at Easter so she has needed a lot of patience and support I can't thank the staff enough for how they have helped and supported her to get some normality back into her life. Thank you.

The standard of care from Utmostcare was really good. We appreciated everything they did for my mum after being discharged from the hospital, especially as she suffers from dementia and can be difficult. Overall, I would highly recommend it and have had a really good experience with them.

I have had carers from Utmost care for two weeks. I am so happy with the care they are giving my husband, who has advanced Parkinsons. In my experience, the team that have been looking after him are considerate, kind and professional. After a long stay in hospital, they have enabled my husband to come home and have met each challenge with understanding. They have listened to my concerns and addressed each problem calmly.

Utmostcare only came to my mum for a few short weeks before she sadly passed away. During their time with us, I found them to be compassionate, kind and so very caring not only to my Mum, but to all of us, as a family. My mum looked forward to their visits and they always managed to put a smile on her face, no matter how much pain she was in. On very difficult days, they would sing to her and this helped her no end. There are no words to describe the amazing people they are. So thank you to all her carers for making my mum's last few weeks happy and comfortable.

I would like to give a big thank you for the care and respect they have given to my Mother. The way they have treated her is absolutely fabulous. They are so polite and patient with her, always show so much care the way they talk with her and the way the care is carried out, you couldn’t ask for anything more than what they are doing for her. My mother had a fall and the carer arrived and found her on the floor she gave her so much attention and even called back later to check on her which I found to be absolutely outstanding. Then I had a phone call to advise me about my mother and what had happened - that, to me, shows dedication and care. My mother absolutely loves the carers and even though she may not recognise them all the time, I just know she feels comfortable and confident with them and the care they give her. She has never allowed anybody to help her dress or shower, yet Utmostcare have made her overcome this fear as she was a very independent and proud lady. Thank you.

This team of carers are simply the most amazing, caring people I have ever met. They have been caring for my husband since he was discharged from hospital and they cannot do enough for him. As he is now bedbound, they do ensure he is clean and comfortable. They also look out for me. I would recommend them 100%.
