The carer are coming to see my Dad and Mom and both carers are really excellent. Supporting my Mom & Dad every day and completing tasks according to the care plan. Excellently communicating with us very well. Preparing food and fluids as per choice, maintaining privacy and dignity as well.

I am really happy with the care staff. They are supporting me with my routine tasks and applying a cream on my legs to make sure it remains healthy. I love the care staff who are visiting to me because they are very professional and taking care of me very well. Supporting me very well and I am having the regular care staff as well, which I really appreciate. Manager is excellent as well and supporting us very well.

It's been really great, carers are coming to see my father, always regular. They are confident to handle my father, as he is suffering from learning difficulties, and the carers are communicating with him really great.

The service is good. The staff are very experienced and look after my grandfather in a professional manner. Staff are behaving and have a good laugh with him. No concerns.

We are happy with the way these carers are taking care of my husband. My husband is happy with the ones who are taking care of him and coming regularly and he understands the language as well. Thank you for the best carers.

Really helpful, could ask for anything. All carers are really good taking care of my husband. Really good carers and agency, maintaining privacy and dignity at all times, on time and provide the same carer who understands my husband.

Excellent care service. The carers are coming to take care of my brother and all are really good, experienced and regular care staff. On one occasion I usually do the shopping for my brother but suddenly the milk was out and my brother likes to drink tea, but the care staff went to the shop and bought milk and my brother had a tea which I really appreciated. Also, the manager and management staff are quite young but really good. They always ring me if they have anything to make me aware of. My brother lost his inhaler in the house and he could not find it, but when the care staff visited they stayed extra and try to find the inhaler and lastly, they found it. Overall I can say, it’s a positive and really nice environment to work and for our safety.

I can say excellent care agency! They are taking care of my husband since he started receiving the care and all care staff are excellent. With the help from the carer, my husband is able to stand up from the chair and we can go to the holidays. I 100% recommend NDH Care. Having the regular care staff making a positive and good impact on me and my husband means I can go to my work without any tension and I can focus on my work! Really happy with the care staff. I have not included my number as I don’t want to share it but can be contacted over an email.

This company started off good but that didn't last long. I had one very good carer but the rest were terrible. They would send a carer to my house who has no experience at all and I had to explain everything. The office staff couldn't even speak English. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am one of the service users and the care staff who are visiting me all are excellent care staff. They have done excellent moving and handling techniques to support me. One day in the morning, I was feeling sick and was not wanting the personal care and would like to sleep on the bed, but the care staff encouraged me to have the shower and she has handled me excellently with the moving and handling techniques. Later, I was feeling really good and filled with positive energy which I would like to appreciate the care staff. Also, all other care staff who visit me, everyone, is excellent, communicating with me in a polite manner and understanding me very well. The care staff maintained privacy and dignity to me as well. The manager is visiting me as well for observation of the care staff, he is quite young but passionate about care, which I am a bit surprised about but I do really appreciate his visit. I am happy that I am with NDH Care

Excellent care provider. NDH Care sends the care staff to take care of my mother and the care staff are fully trained and very less frequently to changing the care staff for my mother so we are in relaxing when the care staff visit us. I really like it and appreciate the care staff as well. Their management staff is also good and having very good relationship with us.
