View Full Details of Bluebells Helping HandsConsistently great care for my parents. As their needs increased, the care increased. Familiar team helped with consistent care. Clear communication with family appreciated. Professional yet friendly.
Great service, lovely people, compassionate and very professional. They looked after my elderly Dad until he died, and now caring for my Mum. They go the extra mile in helping those they care for feel safe and cared for. I couldn't rate them highly enough.
I would rate this company five stars or more if I could. The carers from Bluebells Helping Hands are very professional and very caring. Nothing is too much trouble. They were caring for both of my parents who lived in their own home and had been diagnosed with Dementia. Sadly my mother died at the beginning of October 2020 having been released from the hospital on end of life care. I can honestly say that the managers and their team were brilliant in caring for my mother in her last days and also supporting my father and myself throughout the traumatic experience. Now my father is living on his own and the carers from Bluebells Helping Hands visit him four times daily and he really looks forward to seeing them, the carers are brilliant and go above and beyond their duties.
