View Full Details of Maxi Healthcare LtdMy father started his care with Maxi Healthcare in May 2024. My father is looked after by 2 gentlemen and they're both doing an amazing job. They cover all dad's needs throughout the 4 visits a day. My father suffers from memory loss and forgets what's happened during his daily visits but I'm kept up to date every evening with Dad's care from the staff. If I have any issues she takes note and issues are addressed straight away. Carers don't get enough praise, keep up the good work.
I had an extremely poor experience with Maxi Healthcare and would not recommend it to anyone. Generally, they are very uncaring, do not use their initiative, are always rushed and do the minimum required. After installing security cameras (which I strongly recommend you do) I have video evidence of extremely poor hygiene standards by the carers which put care receivers like me at incredibly high risk like wearing the same gloves used to empty and clean my commode, in the kitchen. I have also video evidence of scratching her head then preparing food, putting her fingers in my soup to check the temperature, picking up a spoon from the floor and putting it away in the drawers with the clean spoons. The carers are all related, the Owner/Manager, then her sister and her daughter. This leaves little confidence in the care receiver, as whenever I made a complaint, none were addressed because they were all related. Maxicare standards are completely unacceptable.
The girls I have had so far have been friendly and helpful.
