Wonderful staff, great service. We don't have any complaints at all. All the carers were really polite, kind and considerate. The office was very helpful when we phoned. Nothing was too much trouble for all

We were lucky enough to use home care for approximately a year. The carers were all superb. They were gentle and attentive to my nan's every whim, and she was sometimes a handful due to having both dementia and Alzheimer's. The management were excellent with keeping me up to date with all details, and also very patient when the bill was due! This company has the very best managers/people supplying the very best care staff for the very best care! They are punctual and do a proper handover to the next shift. They contacted me with any issues regarding my Nan's medication/food/physical and mental well-being. Fantastic. Will not hesitate to use them again if we ever need carers again. Thank you for everything. You are simply amazing.

My grandmother was being discharged from hospital for palliative care and required 24 hr care to be able to come home. Sylvian Care Southampton was recommended to us and was able to provide and start care within days so we could get her home as soon as possible. The carers and the MD were incredibly supportive to both myself and my grandmother and were so kind and gentle with her, especially when she began to deteriorate. My Nana was able to pass away in her own home, which was her wish and this was only possible with the care provided by Sylvian Care. I cannot find any fault and the dignity and respect they showed her was so lovely. I could not recommend them highly enough. Even when we had a water shortage the MD brought some bottled water round, which shows how above and beyond they go for their clients. A special thank you to the two carers that were involved mostly towards the end I know she really appreciated your gentleness.

Mum (84) has Alzheimer's. Following a fall and stay in hospital we decided on home care 4x a day as an alternative to a care home. We were initially concerned as to how mum would respond to strangers in the home however our experience with Sylvian has truly been a positive one. Once we decided on Sylvian they attended the address that day to meet the family and later visited mum prior to her discharge from an assessment nursing home. The team were professional at this stage but what would the care delivery be like? Due to another fall we only had 10 days of care but during that time each pair of carers have been a credit to themselves and the organisation. They were respectful, friendly and treated my mum, who is bed or chair bound, with kindness and dignity. Sadly mum will now have to go into a care home, we would have preferred Sylvian continue to take care of her but mum's fall risk, when carers not present, was too great. Very impressed and thank you for your help and support.

My Grandmother has had a lovely experience with his care company. They have been very helpful with assisting my Nan. The carers are lovely and always do their best to support my Nan, and they go that extra mile to do more if needed.

Sylvian have been providing care for my wife since 2021 and although at first there were issues in respect of continuity of carers, these issues were dealt with satisfactorily, and at present, the service is consistent, with a small group of carers providing a high standard of care. It is pleasing to note that we consider "our" carers to be friends.

I highly recommend Sylvian! They attract and retain top-notch, professional carers who carefully plan and implement individualised care plans. Not only do they provide outstanding care, but they also take a therapeutic approach, engaging my husband in physical and cognitive tasks. Their dedication produces real results. Plus, they go the extra mile by helping with meal preparation, clean-up, and laundry. Outstanding service all around.

I have such a lovely group of carers who enable me to get out of bed to wash and dress. I am so grateful to them for being so kind, caring, and helpful. My carers are wonderful, they now feel like a part of our family.

Sylvian Care started with us in August after my husband came out of hospital. His departure dates were constantly changing and the company were always accommodating as they have been throughout. Their care is excellent and of the best quality. The carers are very empathetic, kind and efficient and we could not recommend them more highly.

Sylvan Care are easy to contact and they will listen to clients' needs and in our case cope well with 3-way communication as my Mother has Alzheimer’s. They have also responded well to our requests for consistency of care and we have one main carer and one to cover the day off. This means my mother has a familiar face which again given her special needs is vital.

This company are absolutely amazing. So professional and caring. My mum really enjoyed each visit and the team could not have been any more caring than they have been. Nothing is too much trouble they always have time for a chat and make sure mum is happy before they leave. Thank you, all of you.

On the whole very favourable. Carers are very personable but vary in openness about their background and interests I have been with them for more than 2 years and they are all brilliant to me. It is good to have a conversation while being treated. All carers follow rules about hygiene. eg gloves. generally, I look forward to their arrival with confidence I am happy with the friendly service I get from the office, they are the best in business and highly recommended.

Overall I have been very pleased with the care that my mother received and the staff did everything that was asked of them. The care staff arrived for every session and attended to my mother's needs which enabled the pressure to be taken away from the family. Thank you.

We always get a list of who is coming and on what day and time; they are always on time, do whatever is needed for my husband to get him comfortable for the day and are all very pleasant and polite and respectful.
