Just a big massive thank you from myself a dear friend of the client you came to care for. We only had you for 2 days until the client was taken into palliative care. You made those days so happy for her, you came with smiles on your faces, you looked after her needs with compassion and nothing was to much trouble. When you left each time you made sure she had everything she needed, can I thank you also on her behalf. Fabulous company and staff, you also took the time to call me to see if I was ok to.

Immediately from meeting the carers who looked after my Mum, I was put at ease as they are all such genuinely lovely people. They treated my Mum with patience, dignity and respect at all stages of her care. There is an app you can download which is updated with care notes after every visit which is also really useful. I have no problem at all recommending Personalized Care Plus Ltd.

Due to my husband being terminally ill, he has been receiving care since October 2024. Being given a long list of carers when coming out of hospital was a bit daunting to ensure we chose the right one, so I read all the reviews and chose Personalized Care Plus Ltd, as they had the best reviews and certainly live up to them. I can't thank them enough, they have been excellent right from the start, very professional, caring, kind and considerate and always going that extra mile. We cannot fault them, even when the snow came, living on a steep hill which everyone avoids, I didn't expect anyone to arrive, but they were here! Always good communication and easy to contact and happy to provide advice to make life easier. I really hope this review helps another family that finds themselves in this situation, as I can't recommend them enough.

Your employees treated my dad with so much dignity and respect. They were knowledgeable kind and lovely towards my dad as if he were their own father definitely the best company we could have had. They were always on time, well presented and discussed everything with us also very nice to us as well, only had my dad's well-being first and foremost.

This company keeps the times they have arranged. The carers are exceptional, caring, understanding, and supportive, keeping the client and their own carer happy with their positive attitudes. I was extremely impressed with everyone who came to my husband, they showed him love and respect at all times. After my husband passed I still received support and felt I wanted to highly recommend the company. Thank you all so much for all the smiles and encouragement along the way.

Our family feels extremely fortunate to have found Personalised Care Plus. Who now provides care for my husband. We have been very pleased with the care and support provided by all staff members. Since having care from the providers we have noticed that my husband is very well cared for and we are happy with how they support him with his care needs. Allowing my husband to have the care needed in our home and medication administered by staff which has been a huge benefit to our family and my husband. My husband has adjusted well and is happy with the care he receives which is of the highest priority to all members of our family. Having a care company helps with all matters of care needed. We have found all staff have been caring, friendly and well trained. They are like extended family members (good ones) they are professional and genuinely care. No matter which member of staff attends. The staff have ongoing training too. Which is reassuring. We feel very fortunate.

PCP was a great comfort to myself and my family whilst they supported my brother in his own home. They went above and beyond. Cover was only agreed for 12 hours a day but they often supported him in hospital outside of these hours - not worrying about whether they would be paid. My brother certainly isn't the easiest of patients and can be rather aggressive/anxious but they never gave up on him. A true care company.

This agency has looked after my mum since her discharge home on the palliative/end-of-life care pathway. All of the staff have been extremely professional, polite, and caring towards my mum. They have taken care of her personal care needs in a dignified way. The use of electronic care records is invaluable as it allows both me and my sister to see how mum has been when the care staff have attended. I would recommend this agency without a shadow of a doubt.

I was happy with the care from the girls, always friendly and treated mum with dignity. Unfortunately, the lack of compassion once mum had passed was cold and unprofessional, at no point has mum's death been acknowledged. No call, no card to express condolences, just disappeared, like mum had never existed! Early hours of 20th Dec 2023 she passed at home, I left a message on their mobile line, never heard from them since.

Polite, efficient, very helpful with any problems. The carer has been very helpful to me on numerous occasions. Staff are polite and friendly, never used the care system to compare value.

Hi from meeting the team at Personalised Care Plus they have done their upmost to meet my relatives' complex care needs. The ladies working with them are very pleasant very caring and very professional. We could not wish for more. The management have gone above and beyond to put the correct care packages in place we really do not have a negative word to say. What a shame all care providers are not this caring and professional. Outstanding team thank you.

The Personalized Care team have been helping us care for my father at home for just over a year. My father has late-stage Alzheimer’s so needs assistance with all aspects of his daily care. We have found the team to be caring, friendly, efficient and reliable. The care manager has been an excellent support to our family. Nothing is too much trouble and she goes above and beyond to make sure that our needs are met. She also makes sure that my mother gets daily support and regular respite. I would highly recommend Personalized Care. Thank you so much.

The care provided by two carers four times a day is great. Through the app, it is easy to make contact with staff when problems arise and are quickly rectified by the staff. Staff are always ready to accommodate any needs that may arise.

Went above and beyond - The care given to my mum was excellent, both by the carers and management. I was very pleased with the carers, they always found time to sit and chat with Mum, and that's what she enjoyed most. Management - 'the best' the communication between me and them was always good. I highly recommend this company because they really care and I will finish how I started, they went above and beyond and for that I will always be grateful!

All the carers, who have cared for my father, have been fabulous. We’ve had them coming in 2 at a time, 4 times a day. They have been so warm and friendly and put Dad at ease very quickly. They have worked with me to give Dad the best care we could, for which I’m truly grateful, thank you.

During the assignment, my mother-in-law had various carers, all of which were extremely polite, caring and attentive. This was very reassuring to us as a family knowing she was in good hands, and we could trust that the care given would always be in her best interest. The communication with us was always very good to assist her needs and always acted upon as required. The use of the app was also much appreciated to know how she was at all times. We are very grateful for all the care and kindness given.

We have always found carers to be very caring, polite and professional whilst in our home. They always respect my husband's wishes and feelings, provide him with dignity and respect at all times and the standard of care that they provide to him is of a very high standard. The carers always arrive on time and on the odd occasion when there has been a delay in them arriving to assist my husband we have been notified in plenty of time. We feel that the carers who come into our home are trustworthy.

Our family feels extremely fortunate to have found Personalised Care Plus. Who now provides care for my husband. We have been very pleased with the care and support provided by all staff members.
