My brother has had a few different care providers and none have delivered the level of care, support , company and safe pair of hands that Helping Hands Home Care team provide him with. The team of carers are exceptional and the back office staff equally professional and efficient. My brother trusts the team that look after him and as a family we can evidence the improvement in his well being physically and mentally. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers and they have exceeded our expectations. We are comfortable that a carer can accompany him to medical appointments which is an added bonus to the family. Excellent company all round.

Excellent service, happy with all the carers and support staff. My mum feels relaxed and happy with everyone who's been over to see her. Communications have been good and we get the rotas before the sessions start each week, a few appointments have been delayed due to staff absence but we fully understand why.

Mum has been receiving care from Helping Hands Home Care for 6 months now and we honestly can't fault them. The rota we get each week is really good so mum knows who to expect and what time they are coming. Each and every carer seems to genuinely care and is willing to do anything mum asks, even just walking her up the road for some fresh air or sitting having a chat. It gives me peace of mind knowing that mum is happy with her carers and has no complaints.

Helping Hands Home Care have been providing care to my father-in-law and mother-in-law for the past 8 months. The carers are all excellent and have always shown them respect and compassion. As a family we are really grateful for the care given by Helping Hands. We would not hesitate in recommending Helping Hands.

I have found Helping Hands Home Care to be very professional and very efficient. They provided exactly what we asked of them and my Mum was delighted with the friendliness of the carers who visited her. I would not hesitate to recommend Helping Hands to anyone in a similar situation to my Mum.

Well, what can I say. This review does not relate to any particular month but to the whole of the service we have received. My wife and I have had exceptional care . Pleasant, thoughtful and caring. And so valuable to us. And this is every one of your team that visits us.

A very reliable and high standard of care is supplied by Helping Hands. Everything we ask for is completed in an efficient manner with great communication. A brilliant level of thought is given to our family member along with treating them with dignity, whilst assisting them with day to day living at home.

We've found Helping Hands to be professional and caring when looking after my Grandmother over the last few years. The staff are friendly with her, and always make sure that she's as comfortable as possible. Unlike other firms we've had in the past they never give the impression that they're having to rush what they're doing so they can hurry off to another appointment.

Anything we ask for in the care of our relative is always completed in an efficient and timely manner. Always reliable and communicate well with her, her husband and ourselves. Friendly and approachable staff. High standards.
