Assured Care have looked after my 2 elderly parents, in their own home, for nearly 2 years. In response to their increasing frailties-physical and mental- we have steadily increased the Carer calls. They now have Carers at breakfast and teatime to help with mealtimes and with medication, Afternoon Companionship 3 or 4 times per week and most recently, Overnight Care 5 times a week. We are very happy with the way the Care is being organised and with the Carers themselves, who attentively and sensitively look after our mum and dad. They work very hard and do a great job and their efforts are much appreciated by my parents and by me and the wider family. We know mum and dad are being well looked after when we can't be with them. Considering the quality of Care, the cost is reasonable. Thankyou Team Assured Care.

My husband was well looked after by Assured carers who were very kind and considerate and worked with his mobility and communication needs to do their best for him. We had some lovely chats and laughs which brightened the day.

I have no complaints about my care. If I have any queries I speak to the manager and they have sorted it straight away. I have had 2 bad years and two of the carers in particular went out of their way to help me with nurses and ensure that I would get a doctor's appointment the same day.

Excellent service. Mum is very happy with all the care provided and she thinks all her carers are lovely, very helpful and obliging.

From day one the management and staff have been professional, respectful, kind and gentle. They provided a tailor-made care package which was a holistic package suited for my mum's needs. My mum hand-picked a handful of carers who meet her specific needs. Also, I had another care company before and the difference was like night and day with Assured Care has been 1000% better.

I have no problem with Assured Care. They have always helped me with things I need and when I ask them to help me, they do not hesitate in doing so. I started to receive care from Assured Care on the 11th of April 2022 and I have not had any reason to complain. They have helped me through the toughest times and they have been outstanding.

All of the staff were great with my father-in-law. He was a very private person but they helped him get used to the care. During his last few weeks, all the carers made sure he had everything he needed.

I am very happy with the care my mum has been receiving. All of the ladies have been extremely professional, however in addition they show genuine compassion and interest in my mum and her wellbeing. This has meant a great deal. Thank you.
