I find the care company carers and staff punctual, polite and supportive though I do sometimes find carers lacking in basic skills in visits. This I think can be improved by further training/upskilling not having to be provided by a client during the visit. Management staff, I find polite and approachable willing to deal with any issues if they occur.
The care package has evolved over several weeks and it has reached a point where all current needs have been met. This has been achieved by good communication and constructive advice. The carers have been friendly and confident which has put the client (mum) at ease. They have treated her with empathy and respect.
Cheerful staff honest and very competent. Treated my husband like family.

I am happier now that one visit on Wednesdays only, because I found 3 days per week too much (because of my back pain). My experience with Diamond Heart is fine and I am quite happy with them.

I find having carers are a big help, they are very friendly and easy to get along with and also you can have a laugh and joke with them. They will do as much as they can for you in the time they have to spend with you.
Management were very helpful and worked with us to make sure everything Mum and Dad needed to make their life comfortable and safe was put in place. The carers were polite, caring and always on time, nothing was too much trouble. My dad had to go in hospital for a couple of days and they provided a carer to stay over night with my mum. They went over and above board to help.
Diamond Heart Health Care's management team and staff have been very supportive to me. As someone who has a brain injury, I appreciate all the care I've received from my carer and from the management team. They have been kind and understanding with my situation and have been excellent in providing me support and care at home. Thank you to my lovely carer and the management team. Diamond Heart Health Care have been offering care to my mother since December 2022 (just under 11 weeks). I believe that they have my mother's best interests at heart and offer a caring service to elderly clients who have varying needs. This initial period where the carers have to get to know the client and vice versa, is still on-going, as all new relationships take time to build. This is in part due to the fact that there are 2 different companies who are undertaking the care needs of my mother. One company does the morning and evening calls, whereas Diamond Heart Health Care does the lunchtime and tea-time calls. To date, I am very happy with the service that they are providing.
Diamond Health Care caregivers have been looking after my dad for about 10 months before he passed away. They have been so understanding like no one ever before. They have formed a very special bond that no one ever could form before. They were extremely experienced, calm, funny (every single one of them), and caring. They became more than just carers, they were family to him. Like everyone, my dad had his favourites, especially one carer who stayed with him till the last second of my dad's life holding his hand. My dad had the best quality of life before his death thanks to them. I will never forget them and can't thank them enough!
This provider is able to cover my early mornings for I require full personal care. More flexibility would be beneficial with evening calls, especially when supporting younger disabled clients. Manager very friendly.
