Greatly disappointed and deeply saddened by the lazy attitude and lack of any care from Mercylink. Carer was required to assist a young adult with complex learning difficulties into living on his own. Instead of helping with any light duties or enquiring on any bills, would sit playing with his Rubik’s cube and leave up to 1 hour early most days because of boredom. Medication ran out on 3 occasions and family members had to collect and come over weekly to assist with everything that the carer was payed to do but had no interest in doing. The company have bought nothing but a extra heavy load of stress and a huge bill for a already disadvantaged adult. I would never recommend Mercylink to anyone.

Not at all happy with the standard or consistency of care provided by Mercylink. My mother is terminally ill and requires care, compassion, and carers who know how to care for those that are dying. I do not recommend that you let them try to look after your loved ones.
