The carers from Sana Care are respectful, polite and treat with dignity and efficiency. When one carer comes regularly there is more continuity which is helpful. Sadly some carers are reliant on busses which can get cancelled or don't turn up which is very unsettling when they are unable to get here on time.

I am pleased to say that I have been treated with dignity. My care couldn't have been any better. Each carer I had has been helpful, and polite and would look after you to the best of their being.
