All the carers are nice and friendly. They speak kindly to my husband and to me. I sleep with my bedroom door open, so if my husband calls in the night, I can get there quickly. Sometimes the carer thinks that putting the landing light on will disturb me. It does not as I can just relax and know all is being done properly. Each carer makes me a cup of coffee when I arrive in the kitchen. Thank you.

My mum and I have been really happy with the service provided. It's taken a little while for my mum to adjust and accept the fact that she needs a bit more help. The ladies who have come in have, on the whole, been friendly and have made Mum feel as comfortable as possible. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and effectively. We feel listened to, and adjustments have been made accordingly. I would happily recommend Homecare to anyone needing assistance in their home.

Dad has been receiving care for 12 months now and everything is running very smoothly. I appreciate that Dad is treated with dignity and gentle persuasion rather than being forced to do things or treated like a series of chores to be ticked off a list. The carers engage Dad like an adult which is important. Dad needed a bit more support at the beginning, but after a couple of months it was clear that he had improved a bit, so it was suggested to us that the visitation be reduced and reassessed every so often. I think many businesses would just have continued with the unnecessary visits, but I like that Dad's needs have been the main consideration, which is as it should be. Overall, I'm very happy with the care Dad is receiving and it is a relief that he is treated with dignity and kindness.

The Chelmsford My Homecare team continue to provide excellent care services to my mother, enabling her to remain in her own home and be safe. The carers show great patience and treat her with respect, cheerfulness and kindness, sometimes under trying circumstances. They encourage her and look after her needs very well. They are good at seeing that she is as comfortable as possible and I know that she enjoys her conversations with them. Maria Moore, the manager, provides exceptional service and support to Mum and myself. Because I live so far away, having someone that I can rely on is critical. She shows good judgment, and a willingness to be responsive and flexible and has helped us both through a number of difficulties and challenges in delivering Mum's care. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

They have provided amazing care for my elderly father with dementia. It brings me happiness and peace of mind to know that they are helping my father each day and it has allowed him to stay in his flat and independent. The carers treat him like family and he is not just another case for them. The manager is very helpful and kind and responds very quickly to any questions. Thanks to all the team for your care.

My Homecare have been brilliant taking great care of my mother-in-law. I know that she is in good hands and very well looked after. My Homecare met all our needs by providing a live-in carer for a couple of weeks. The manager is fantastic and so helpful. Thank you all so much.

I can't imagine what my and my mum's life would be like if we did not have these lovely ladies looking after her. I know Mum in her own way is happy to see them everyday. They have also taught me so much about dementia so that I can care for my mum too. If I have any issues, which are not very often, I know there is always someone at the end of the phone to listen and help me or put things right. I have recommended My HomeCare to a few friends and I know they are happy like me. I cannot sing their praises enough and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

After the loss of my mum, I needed to move in with my dad to help and care for him. I researched carers and the companies available to assist with Dad's personal care. I was so lucky to find My Homecare, the manager and all the lovely staff that have taken such excellent care of my dad. They have such patience and are so friendly, happy and caring which made Dad comfortable with accepting their help. When I went on holiday and Dad required additional support with evening meals and any help it was never a problem. The communication was excellent, and any issues or concerns were immediately reported back to me no matter how small. Dad now requires full-time care as I am moving out. Dad can no longer stay on his own and he is going into a care facility. Side note we live in a semi-rural area which is not easy to access, this was never an issue for them! I would like to thank everyone at My Homecare for all their help, hard work and commitment to caring for Dad.

Caring and generally good. Polite and friendly. Recently they are regularly later than booked. They take a lot of time to write notes for the office. They don't always spot things which obviously need doing.

We have received an excellent service from My Homecare Chelmsford. Mum has been visited by great, kind and compassionate carers who have done more than required to help meet her needs. The management has also been brilliant, quick to respond and adapt the care as Mum's needs have changed.

My father has been receiving home care from the Chelmsford branch of My Homecare for two months now, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the consistently exceptional service they've provided. The staff are absolute stars - every single one of them. They're not only professional and reliable, but also unfailingly kind, patient, compassionate, and attentive to my father's needs. They've made a world of difference to his life, allowing him to maintain his independence while feeling fully supported. From the initial care plan set-up to the day-to-day interactions, everything has been first-rate. The Chelmsford team truly goes above and beyond - they take the time to chat with my father, listen to his specific requirements (essential for a blind person), and ensure he feels comfortable and respected. It's clear they genuinely care for their clients, and that makes all the difference. Outstanding home care from Chelmsford's My Homecare. They're a credit to the industry.

Two lovely ladies take it in turns to come once a week to wash and cream my legs. They do the job well and are very helpful. They don't rush the job. We have a lovely chat. Very happy with the way things are.

We have found the staff very friendly at My Homecare and are so glad we moved to them over two years ago. They treat my mum with dignity and she looks forward to them coming. I would go as far as to say that the care visits count as friend visits. Special thanks to their manager for her flexibility and for going that extra mile when necessary. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Their care makes my life easier as well as my mum’s.

The manager and her team have been simply brilliant. They were quick to pick up the quirks of caring for my father and always treated him as an individual with dignity and respect. They not just catered for his physical needs but took time to find out what he liked to talk about and when he was in the mood to talk or not. They were quick to spot potential problems and usually offered a solution. I cannot praise the manager enough as she went above and beyond in providing solutions and provided much support to me and peace of mind.

My Homecare have been absolutely brilliant with my Dad. Their care is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble and the carers are so kind, polite and respectful. Dad feels well cared for and it is reassuring for me knowing someone is there for him every day. If there is a problem the ladies are on to it. Dad recently had a possible urine infection and I was informed immediately with a phone call. His catheter blocked and the carer arranged for the district nurse to attend urgently. Whenever I or Dad has had a worry a quick phone call or email and the problem is addressed and sorted. The carers make Dad feel valued as a person and he is treated with dignity. The carers always seem to know what has been going on with dad - they even knew his heating had gone wrong! Communication at My Homecare is fantastic. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to enable my Dad to remain as independent as possible in his own home.

We have been with my carer and the My Homecare Chelmsford team since my mum was discharged from hospital in February 2021. My mum has sadly since passed but the team have continued to look after my dad, we are very happy with the services my dad receives - thanks My Homecare Chelmsford.

I cannot recommend this company enough, I am very happy with the care I receive from My Homecare, the staff treat me with dignity and respect as well as being able to have a laugh and a joke with them, I enjoy every minute that I spend with my carers and I know if I ever have any concerns I can ring the office and they help me straight away.
