View Full Details of Anglian Care ChelmsfordHave to thank two carers in particular for their amazing support to my mother and me and for their concerns, advice, and support, above and beyond what was expected. They dealt with everything thing from personal care, support, and organising District Nurses. I was struggling as a son with personal care myself but they empowered me knowing they were there. Thank you ladies much appreciated. I must mention another carer too he was here offering full care and support, what a lovely young gentleman. Feel blessed that you touched our lives.
Overall very pleased with service given.
Since I started having this care, I've been treated well, all the staff have been friendly, very caring and helpful. I've met so many lovely staff throughout their visits. Thank you.
Anglian Care Chelmsford has been coming to support my mum for over one year. The staff have been good.
I began receiving carers from Anglian after a horrible experience with another firm. Anglian are reliable, efficient, and professional. All of the carers are lovely and carry out their tasks whilst treating me with dignity and compassion. They are all really friendly and I look forward to their visits. Whenever I have any concerns they are dealt with instantly by the excellent management team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
So thankful for the expereince the carers have added to make my life easier. Helpfulness and kindness can mean the world when you have limited mobility.
Most of the carers are compassionate, caring, and professional. It's very clear that Anglian Care are incredibly lucky to have such good team members - they should be very thankful for that. My mother, unfortunately, passed away last month and although she had suffered a life-changing stroke, it was an unexpected passing. The carers on duty were incredibly helpful and empathetic with both my mum and myself. I truly believe that it takes a certain kind of (wonderful) person to do the job that they do. However, I have had no wishes of sympathy (or even a phone call) from the head office or owner. I have however been challenged with insensitive harassment over and over for the outstanding balance owed by my dead mother. I have continually explained that when my mother's estate has been settled, the payment will be made. The contract was solely with her and my hands are tied. They now insist that they will be charging for late payment! Care? Really?
