The team from Home-Care Perfection has been excellent. The caregivers are kind, patient and understanding of my mother's needs. Some have gone above and beyond what I would expect, which has made a big difference to my mother's mood. Whenever I have an issue or need something extra, I know it is a phone call away, and the change is made quickly.

Dad is very well looked after by a team of kind, caring people from Home Care Perfection. They are responsive to any amendments required to his care plan as his needs change. The office staff are always available and very approachable. Thank you for everything you do for us.

On the whole, my experience with Home-Care Perfection is good most of the carers are excellent. They are very kind and understanding with my Mother who has dementia and is quite challenging. She seems to be quite happy with most of them.

My Mum is very well cared for by a devoted, cheerful, passionate, reassuringly helpful team of enthusiastic and deeply committed selfless carers. Acts of kindness, going the extra mile - powerfully describe the special qualities attributed to these dedicated souls. A listening ear, a kind word of inspiration, empathy, and understanding 'rainbow moments' of joy and laughter, Mum's carers are her mighty rock. My wife has Alzheimer's, she finds it difficult to do most things. The support she receives is excellent. My wife gets stressed out, the carers calm her down when they arrive. Thank you for your kindness and your support.

I find the service good to fair but I do think it would be better if a daily message was sent to me to tell me how my mother is because she has dementia some days she says nobody came or I got no food, so it would give me peace of mind to know these things. Hope this helps improve your service.

My mum gets on so well with her carer. She is always willing to do anything mum needs. According to Mum, she would give her 5*. Knows how to cook mum's kind of food. Just 1 male carer who didn't understand how to support mum with food etc. All other carers do what they can to help and support Mum.

Home-Care Perfection have been providing care for my mum for 2 months. She has severe paralysis from a stroke and Alzheimers. This company is outstanding in all areas. The management are caring and professional, the carers are likewise respectful and gentle with my mum. Any small issues have been resolved quickly due to the excellent communication between the family and the management team, and also carers are provided with outstanding training. My mum had been left in pain on multiple occasions by her previous care company, but since the day this company took over, she has had almost no pain and no infections. The carers ensure they get my mum comfortable. She is always happy with the professional friendly service she receives. Her home is always left clean and tidy. Before finding Home-Care Perfection we had lost hope that any home care company in Bradford would have the competency to be in the care industry. We cannot thank the management and their team enough for their hard work.

Home-Care Perfection provides an excellent personal care service for my dad. They are really easy to talk to about anything and made my dad feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend Home-Care Perfection to anyone who requires support for themselves or for their family member.

On the occasions I have been visiting Mum when carers have attended they have always been polite and friendly. Mum when I have asked has said they are fine but she cannot always remember their visits. She has on occasion said one carer in particular is always talking on the phone in a foreign language but I have reported this and it was very promptly dealt with by the office.

Kind and compassionate! Home-Care Perfection has been looking after my husband's care for six months. It is so important to have continuity of carers and his wonderful, kind, and professional team do their utmost to ensure his complex needs are met, always treating him with dignity and compassion, they have become part of the family. Looking after my husband can be a challenge, his warm and caring team have stepped up when I am struggling and are there for me too, nothing is too much trouble, I really appreciate all their support. The team are provided with ongoing training to ensure they are up to date with all elements of my husband's care. They log all his care tasks on an app which I can view, this allows me to keep my own records up to date, which is another vital element in Dennis’s care. When I have contacted the office, I have always received a timely response, dealing with any issues that arise or when requesting additional cover. Thank you for all your care and support!

My mother had an operation on her foot and needed support. Home Care Perfection provided excellent care. Extremely professional and friendly staff. They were punctual and attentive making my mum feel very comfortable.

Home Care Perfection has been providing support to an elderly family member for a number of months. I have only positive things to say about the carers. They are respectful, kind and understanding and nothing is ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend Home care perfection for your loved ones.

Home-Care Perfection offers respite care every Saturday in our home to care for our mother, we have been using them for over 6 months. One of the ladies is the main caregiver and looks after my mother-law-in extremely well helping her feel relaxed by being a friend not just a carer. In all, we find them reliable, trustworthy, friendly and experienced and don't know what we would do without them. Highly recommend to anyone needing help.

We first contacted HCP in August ‘23 when we felt our much loved Mother needed more care in her own home - specifically getting up in the morning, full body washing, administering prescribed creams and medication, dressing, and being given breakfast. We have opted to self-fund this at the moment. HCPs were quick to respond to initial inquiries and able to come out quickly to do an assessment. A Care Plan was agreed upon and put in place promptly. HCP has provided care 6 mornings a week and we are generally happy with this provision and the caring and thoughtful nature of the carers. There have been some issues with carer continuity, timings, and tasks as agreed initially but, on the whole, these have been dealt with when raised with the provider. We can monitor our Mother’s care and make additional adjustments as necessary.

We started using Home-Care Perfection this year and we've found the carers to be reliable, friendly, caring, and experienced. We have been very impressed. The carers enjoy their work looking after people and the central office has been easy to contact.

Overall I am very satisfied with the care provided. We receive very good care and attention from the majority of the carers. The better ones are only too willing to provide the very best possible help and attention. However, this standard is unfortunately let down by a small minority who seem to wish to get away as quickly as possible. I fully accept that where individuals are concerned, it is inevitable that there is bound to be variations and therfore have marked my comments accordingly.
