Unparalleled service. Consistent attention to detail. The carer allocated to my mother doesn't just provide great care, she also brings my mother joy. I am totally confident in the care my mother receives. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from the start. Carers very friendly and caring - always approachable. Very helpful and accommodating when we had a few minor emergency situations. Office staff and management also very helpful and understanding.

Carers are always professional and caring towards my mother-in-law. Their visits are welcomed and break up the day for her. Nothing is too much trouble and any (rare) issues are dealt with quickly. All activities are carried out carefully and respectfully. The family are confident that my mother-in-law is being cared for and looked after at times when they cannot do it themselves. Thank you so much.

Radield has recently responded well to changes needed to make the care plan to suit Dad's needs and get to a team of care professionals. He and us are happy with it.

We have been using Radfield Home Care for about 18 months, and have had several different carers over this period. As my husband's condition has deteriorated, we now have four visits daily, with two carers on three of these visits. We find almost all the carers to be efficient, friendly, well trained and generally very professional. We couldn't manage without them.

Radfield Home Care provided daytime and nighttime care for my mother during her battle with Motor neurone disease (MND). Both my mum and dad had nothing but good things to say about all the carers and the service they provided. They often went above and beyond to help my parents during an extremely difficult time. Everyone from the carers to the Company Director was so invested in my mum's wellbeing. It was so comforting for us as a family to know that such lovely and caring people were looking after my mum and taking some of the pressure off my dad. Thank you to all at Radfield Home Care.

I cannot praise the staff highly enough, we had an incident that I needed a carer for an evening at short notice and this was provided for us, she was an absolute star and coped extremely caring, kindly and efficiently with a difficult situation. A huge thank you to her.

Radfield have adapted to provide the most appropriate care for our mother. Their carers are kind, compassionate and reliable. They will do the jobs our Mum requests of them, find jobs or just stay and chat. Their help means that Mum can remain independent in her own home.

I enjoy the variety of carers and look forward to their arrival each morning. They are always keen to help us and give piecewise for any improvement. Contact with Head Office is always available and dealt with swiftly when necessary.

Once I had gotten used to your carers coming in to help me twice a day I have now accepted their help and expertise. The staff who have visited me have been courteous, patient, kind, and willing to help me with any task I am unable to tackle myself - all very frustrating for me! We are very happy with my husband’s sitter - he looks forward to him coming. We are very thankful that the sitter is a very good match for my husband. He helps him with his walking - doing lots of exercises. Unfortunately, we find it very expensive so can’t afford our sitter as much as we would like.

Excellent service, always polite and obliging. Nothing is too much trouble and I never feel rushed, would recommend to anyone. They have turned up in time to get me ready for special events and are always asking if I need anything else.

We have been receiving care for my dad for six months although Radfield Home Care were part of our lives for a year before caring for my mum. From their first visit, we were made to feel they were truly interested in my family’s needs. The management is fantastic and during a recent hospital stay for my dad, they offered support to me which I can never thank them enough for. The care professionals have built a great relationship with Dad and he looks forward to his visits. Not living locally is hard but knowing that Radfield is there to look after Dad gives me peace of mind. They look after his care with dignity but just as importantly, offer him companionship. Any concerns about his health are reported to me. I can and do recommend Radfield to friends.

My mother-in-law has been receiving home care visits from Radfield Home Care since April 2023. The management team are excellent. They carried out visits prior to providing the service to assess the care needed, look at facilities at the home and make contact with my mother-in-law. The management team have been on call 24/7 and been fantastic. The care professionals carrying out the visits have been excellent, not only with the normal care duties, but the companionship. They are all so lovely and it is evident that they do their jobs because they actually care about what they are doing, rather than turning up for work. They have encouraged my mother-in-law to do things that she hasn't wanted to do for her benefit; little things like getting to eat at the dinner table rather than her recliner, which has helped with her mobility. The most important thing, is that my mother-in-law is happy and the whole team at Radfield feel like friends.

Radfield could not have taken better care for my husband. The staff were always so polite and helpful and went out of their way to assist in any way possible. They have also been so supportive to myself; even though my husband has now died, they are still keeping in touch with me and offering assistance. They are all wonderful and I would certainly recommend them to anybody. From the directors of the company, to the manager and all the on-site carers, they are all very special. Thank you.

We chose Radfield Home Care after a very poor experience with another 'care' company. We were visited by the care manager to fully understand my parents' needs and she was exceptionally kind, caring and interested in my parents as people. Communication in advance of them starting was excellent and my parents were delighted with the carer who began to work with them. Sadly, on the second day my father passed away and the poor carer found him. The team from Radfield supported my mother whilst the emergency services arrived and I travelled to be with her. I could not have asked for more from them and this was for a family they had only been helping for 24 hours. Following that, I received a call from the manager who runs the business. He is genuinely compassionate and kind and it was clear why his staff are the same. I wish we had been using Radfield for the past year, as they are head and shoulders above any carers I have come across. My parents only needed assistance last year, but my in-laws had carers for five years.
