My daughter uses Multi- care for her personal care needs. She has found them to be excellent carers. They are patient, hard working and very punctual. She has used a wide range of care agencies over the years and recently told me Multi -care are the best she has ever had. Great praise indeed.

Having no choice but to have carers to enable me to go home from hospital I wasn't keen at first but am so grateful to have been a client of mccs Burton on Trent for the past ten months they have been so kind to myself and my family nothing is too much trouble all staff that visit are friendly and the few times I've had contact with office staff they also are friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff highly recommend anyone to use this company certainly wouldn't want anyone else to visit.

Excellent all round! Carers show great respect to my mum; understanding her needs, recognising changes in her behaviours and acting accordingly to ensure she is safe and secure; and spend time chatting to her after they have seen to her personal needs. They are always friendly, polite and helpful to myself whenever I am visiting my mum. Great communication between myself, the carers - if not in person, then by means of daily contributions to a notebook that is accessible to all - and with colleagues on the management team who regularly contact myself if there are any concerns. I only wish that mum could have been cared for by this company from the outset!

One of the very best care companies we have ever had the pleasure of having. Great communication from management who go out of their way to help and advise you which is rare. Care staff that take their time to get to know their client and their individual needs and truly go above and beyond. My father has regular carers who know him on a daily basis. They provide the very best personal care that he has ever received in the past. Quite simply one of the best care companies in the area.

Dad's carers are so attentive with him, helping him shower and shave and ensuring Dad is comfortable before they leave him day and evening. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They always leave him with food and drink and if any concerns they raise them. If my dad is short on anything and they notice or they feel Dad could do with, they leave a message for me. Very happy knowing Dad is happy in his home.

Dad and Mum think very highly of the carer who has been providing 24-hour care while I am away. It has been very reassuring to have the carer with them. He has looked after them with compassion and kindness and it is very much appreciated. Many thanks.

I have found that all the staff from Multi-Care are amazing. They all do their very best for my mum, they treat her with the greatest of respect and are so caring and kind. They are professional and knowledgeable. This care firm are the very best company we have ever had and we have had 3 different care firms and 2 were meant to be the best - I don’t think so, Multi-Care are top-notch, and I don’t think any other firm could ever be better.

Staff on the telephone are very helpful and polite, carers who are looking after my cousin are very efficient, kind, polite and great with care and support towards her, she is very happy and looks forward to them coming.

I can not thank the team enough at Multi-care Burton, always very friendly, helpful and accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. If you are looking for a carer then don’t look any further than these guy’s having previous experience with my dad I can hand on my heart say they are the best.

Carers are very professional, always in uniform with their lanyards. They are very friendly and courteous not to just myself but to my family as well. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the carers or office staff.

Staff are really helpful, and they can't do enough for you. I would be lost without them. They get me up in the morning, give me a wash and get me breakfast, then they come back at dinnertime give me bed pan, give me a meal. Then they come back at tea and give me cake and coffee and bedpan, then they come back at night and give me a bedpan and hot chocolate and put me to bed till morning. They are brilliant, thanks for the great service.

Dad has been more settled since we moved to Multi-Care Community Services Burton. His timings are pretty static, they speak to Dad about what service will be provided in a calm manner. He feels his needs are managed. The team are polite and respectful too which in a busy home is very much appreciated. Dad is content and we are happy with the service he is receiving.

Multi-Care Community Services always provides a first-class service to my mother. They are very proactive and always keep me informed of what is happening and if there are any problems. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing professional care.

In the main, the carers are good, they come in do their job and leave the place tidy. My wife seems to be relaxed in general with the care she receives. Most of the carers are willing to go the extra bit if required.

This care company is absolutely amazing, nothing is too much trouble. It’s, by far, the best care I have ever received. They are punctual, polite and attentive. I can honestly say that this company has helped me to enjoy my life again, even if I do have a disability. The management is excellent and allow me to alternate my care package to suit my needs (social outings) etc. Management communicates well with social workers, occupational therapists etc. to ensure my well-being is met with the highest standard. Medication is given and documented with scrutiny and supplies are delivered so nothing runs out. They go above and beyond to meet your needs, they really do. Big shout out to the manager and the rest of the team! Thank you.

I started with Multi-Care Community Services a couple of months ago and I’m so glad I did. My experience, so far, has been very good. The level of care is at a high standard and all the staff are so lovely and make me feel at ease. My old agency, I felt like a nuisance but the carers at this agency couldn’t do more for me and are always so kind and helpful. Management is just as lovely and always understanding if I need to cancel. They make me feel at ease. I’m very grateful for all your help and support.

Very good service, use common sense and communication is good with main carers, son and daughter-in-law. Reliable and good timekeepers. Respond to main carers' requests promptly. Fulfil the care plan adequately, sometimes the bin is not emptied. My mother seems happy with the level of care supplied.

Excellent provider of care for my mum. The carers are kind, efficient and professional at all times, allowing my mum to achieve her own level of independence, but at the same time, keeping her safe. The management team are amazing, allowing me to make changes to the care package when necessary (adding new medication, cancelling visits at short notice due to hospital appointments if necessary, etc) and they will contact me if they have any concerns or are not clear about things. The carers themselves look after my mum really well and will leave me messages with any concerns/updates for me to pick up in the evening (even shopping lists when mum is running low on things!). Not sure how I would manage without them all now.

My sister has not been having Multi-Care carers for very long, but we are both very pleased with the service and the kindness shown by the carers. She switched to Multi-Care from another care company at the beginning of June and there is already a marked improvement in the quality of care.

We are very pleased with the care provided by the Multi-Care Community Services Burton On Trent. She has had several other care companies previously and has not been happy with the care but she is more than happy with Multicare. There is consistency and carers are punctual. As family, we have found Multicare to be empathetic. Communication is excellent. Thank you!

One of the very best care companies we have ever had the pleasure of having. Great communication from management who go out of their way to help and advise you which is rare.
