View Full Details of Parisse Care ConsultingMy Aunt had a rapid onset of dementia and we needed to organise some home care for her as soon as possible. The manager at Parisse was incredibly helpful and guided us through the process and within a few days we had a care package in place for my Aunt. The carer attended 3 times every day to provide essential care including preparing meals. She was incredibly humble and made my Aunt who was very confused about the rapid dementia onset, feel very comfortable. The carer was very passionate about her work. She was very reliable which allowed us to relax about the situation. The manager kept in contact regarding the care required and even visited my Aunt to assess her needs.
My Mum became immobile in December 2023. No longer able to use the toilet or a commode, she has had to wear incontinence pads which need changing twice a day in the morning and at night. She also has to be washed and transferred to and from her bed to a chair using an Oxford Sling. Parisse Care provided this service starting on Christmas day. Visiting twice a day (three times at the beginning) they kept her clean, safe, and happy. In all this time they didn't miss any appointments. A good feature was that Mum had the same Carer all the time, with a second or third Carer stepping in sometimes at the weekend. She got to know all three Carers as familiar (and friendly!) faces and had the comfort of a stable routine every day. The Carers also had the know-how to use the Oxford Sling. I would recommend Parisse to anyone looking for a private care provider. All the best.
Parisse cared for my dad for about a year and they became highly valued carers. All members were helpful and kind and Dad loved the members who sang with him, talked to him and cheered him up. It says not to mention names but I have messaged Parisse to tell them how certain staff were extra special but all staff were greatly appreciated. I would recommend Parisse if your family member requires care at home.
I have had care in place for my Mum since Sept 2022 with Parisse Care and have been extremely happy with the service they have provided. Mum has Vascular dementia and was rather aggressive at the start but the carers have been so kind and patient with Mum and have been very attentive and caring that she is no longer aggressive and the care they have provided has taken a great weight off my shoulders as I was caring for her on my own! Mum is bed-bound most of the time but they have monitored Mum for any problem and alerted me should there be one! They ensure that she is hoisted into her chair as well and chat to her even though she doesn't communicate very well! I would certainly recommend Parisse Care!
