Since I am with this company my son's confidence improves with the help of his pa. He feels mere independent and protected. He treat my son like big brother. He always listens to him, looks after him with dignity and always respect his privacy and give him space to do what he can. I am so grateful that a company provided my son a friend a trustworthy respectful and very kind and never let him down. Honestly no words how great full I am that he is part of my son's life. He is very professional and same time very wise and noble and kind. He is an angel in my family's life. I hope it continues like this until my son's get better.

Roundey Care stepped in when we needed them most. They are lovely kind people who genuinely care. My mum loves the continuity of care that is given and I love the peace of mind. I would highly recommend them.

We used Roundhey Care after lots of searching, for a care provider that was very caring and listened to mums needs and ours as a family. The teams provided everything that mum needed. All the team were friendly, very caring, loved visiting mum and vis versa. Mums care lasted approximately 2 years she was 98 when it started mostly with help getting dressed in the morning and showers when needed. Her needs changed quite quickly towards the last weeks of her life and the team tried their best to provide, end of care needs as soon as required. I would definitely recommend Roundhey Care.

This service provides excellent care for my mum I would highly recommend this brilliant company they all are fantastic an provide loving care they are highly qualified in every aspect , I appreciate all they do an the wonderful support they give too my mum many thanks ladies x

Roundhey Care came to help look after my mum, the manager came and did a care plan with the family. Everything was so organised and professional. The carers who attend the calls are always on time and go above and beyond. We as a family wish we had moved companies before. My mum has been very happy and we have seen a change in her mood. She is so happy!

The manager and the team looked after my grandma in the last year of her life. All of the staff were very caring and friendly, going above and beyond to help out. They helped to ensure that my grandma was comfortable and happy in the last year of her life. I would recommend Roundhey Care for anyone wanting to look after a loved one at home and would like to thank the team for all they've done for us.

I cannot begin to describe just how fantastic Roundhey Care is. The manager and her team care for my father who has extremely complex needs. Some days are more challenging than others, but the team always take it in their stride and arethere to help no matter what. Roundhey Care cares about its clients and goes above and beyond to make sure clients are comfortable and cared for. They are punctual, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. We are so lucky to have found them. Thank you for everything that you do for my father and our family.

Roundhey Care have been so wonderful with us. Nothing ever feels too much and the attention to care and maintaining dignity that they provide is amazing. I can't thank them enough for giving my auntie a whole new lease of life and a much more positive outlook. Absolute rays of sunshine!

Amazing, can not recommend it enough. With other providers issue after issue but with Roundhey Care, absolutely amazing from the start. Our meeting with the manager was wonderful and she was comforting from the start for the whole family. She put our minds at rest and instantly gave us a really positive feeling about the care our mother was to receive. We did receive the absolute best care and the care we wanted for our mother. Thank you so much and look forward to being with you guys in the future.

I needed to put a care package in for my mum after a sudden downturn in her health and came across Roundhey care by chance. It was the best decision I made. I have had experience of NHS care workers with a grandparent and although they did their job well he never really bonded with them. My experience of Roundhey was the opposite. Right from the start, I knew that they really truly cared about my mum which was a massive comfort to me during a difficult time and also more importantly my mum adored her carer. They gave her ultimate respect at a time when things can sometimes be undignified. Not only did they care for my mum but also gave me support during difficult moments and helped me cope which was beyond the call of duty in my eyes. Reliable and very reasonably priced, in summary, I cannot recommend them enough

Roundhey Care have been nothing short of exceptional in supporting both my father and myself in what has been an incredibly painful time for my family. The manager and her team have gone above and beyond and nothing has been too much trouble. The comfort I get knowing my father is so well looked after means more than anyone will understand. Outstanding service from the manager and the whole team. They have been looking after my grandparents for a while now and we are over the moon with the dedication and quality of service. They go above and beyond all our needs and they are very trustworthy and so caring unlike we have found before. Highly recommend.
