I got in touch with the team at Right at Home Bedford when my Mother-in-law's health started to deteriorate and I'm glad that I did. We started with an hour's assistance in the mornings which went so well that as time went on that developed into a live-in care being put in place to enable her to get the attention she required. All of the carers that we met were always genuinely nice people who would go out of there way to improve my Mother-in-law's well being. I can't thank the team enough for their superb service and attention to detail. Many thanks.

Right at Home Bedford has been providing a live-in carer for my Godmother. The service has been exceptional, not only is the Carer highly trained but also, but she also has a level of understanding and empathy way beyond her years. My Godmother is very happy with the level of care she is receiving. The owners of the Care Agency are attentive, professional, and very proactive. Nothing is too much trouble. They maintain excellent communication between their office staff, Carers, clients, and client's relatives. I would recommend this Care Agency to anyone seeking high-quality care for a loved one.

I am very happy with the service provided to my mum. She is a lot happier now and enjoys the company of the carers. They are kind and thoughtful as well as professional in what they do. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my mum is so well cared for when I can’t be there due to work or other family commitments. Indeed the carers often go the extra mile and do crosswords with her.

For the most part, the service has worked well. However, there have been a couple of occasions where the carer has not arrived on time and no telephone message has been received. The care received has been of a good standard.

I have had eight different carers so far and I would recommend any or all of them for their kindness and consideration in making me feel comfortable both physically and mentally.

Right at Home have supported us in caring for our mum who is living with dementia. They have some great carers who took the time to get to know my mum, take her for walks with the dog, take her out for lunch or to visit a garden centre - all things Mum loves to do! The office management are brilliant! Very flexible and understanding as our needs are continuously changing. I would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for a trusted partner to care for a relative.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home (Bedford) to anyone looking for home care for a friend or relative. From the outset, the service and approach taken by the manager and the team have been first class - understanding my father's care requirements and mother's support needs were front and centre of everything they did. Living 150 miles away from my elderly parents and not being able to visit as regularly as I would have liked, it was important to me to have an organisation providing care that they were happy with and that I had full confidence in. Their communication has been excellent throughout, and the relationship the carers have developed with my parents provides me with great reassurance that they are in good hands.

From start to finish the level of help my mum received was amazing, they also helped me. They went above and beyond. I would 100% recommend them as the best. So professional, loving and caring. I could trust them completely and knew my mum was safe. I cannot thank them enough.

Right at Home are professional and caring. Management cares about their carers (and their development and work-life balance) and their clients. Regular reviews give ample opportunity to raise additional needs or any concerns. The carers themselves are matched with clients and are brilliant - positive and cheerful, they do all that is required and some go the extra mile, helping to find out information for trips out according to the client's interest. Right at Home are also flexible, providing extra sessions or cancelling sessions as required (with suitable notice). I thoroughly recommend them.

The team has given my mother wonderful support over the short period of working with her. They were warm, respectful and thorough. They treated Mum with kindness and respect. Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely group of dedicated ladies.

I was struggling to cope on my own caring for my elderly parents while working, my father particularly, who has Alzheimer’s. He was getting care from another firm, but they weren’t talking with him. He was not getting enough of a social life so was going out in the evenings by himself and losing keys, leading to all kinds of chaos. I realised he needed more companionship care. Initially, he was very resistant and loudly told the manager and carer at the first meeting that he didn’t want them there. Very quickly he has settled into the new routine and is a lot happier in himself after chatting and laughing with the carers from Right at Home, who are extremely good at their jobs. They have fed back to me if they see a bill that needs paying and keep their eye on the running of his house too. If he goes out now it’s for a shorter amount of time, and there has been no key chaos. I’m also a lot happier and less stressed, as I can relax knowing he’s in good hands when I can’t be there.

The friendly Right at Home Bedford team is just incredible, in fact, they are superstars, in so many ways and I’m so very thankful and happy that they are now providing care for our mum. From the moment I initially called them, through to organising Mum’s care package and now providing the actual care to Mum, the service really has been outstanding. They listen, communicate extremely well, and really do go way above and beyond - it feels as if our mum is the only person in the world they are caring for. And, actually, they really do care. What a unique team - I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thank you so much, team Bedford!

Since I asked Right at Home to help with my wife I've noticed an improvement in her demeanor, she seems to be more aware and enjoys the companionship of your carers, although lately I've noticed her memory is not so good, of course this is part of dementia. I find all aspects of Right at Home very good, and admire them all for putting up with my so-called sense of humour. Many thanks.

I can't praise or thank Right At Home Bedford enough. Managers are excellent and every single carer who visits my 93-year-old mother is a genuinely wonderful human being - and a highly skilled carer. I would unhesitatingly recommend Right At Home Bedford. It's a very special organisation with excellent processes and deeply committed staff, and I'm sure it will continue to do good for many years to come.

Right at Home staff were very kind and caring to our mum. Mum, who was 93 years old, wanted to stay at home in her final months and reluctantly accepted some help. She made a friend with one of the carers and she helped Mum a lot. A superb service for the local area.

We have only just started using Right at Home but our experience so far has been very positive. Our lovely Dad has come to the point where he needs some help but very much wants to stay at home. When we met Dad's carer she ensured that Dad was heard and really took time to get to know him, and find out about his needs but also him as a person. Our cater is wonderful, patient and so communicative with Dad, making sure he is comfortable at all times. From our experience so far I'd have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home.

I was struggling to care for mum morning and night as I have a full-time job. I contacted the Manager online and one of the referrals was Right at home. The Care Coordinator then contacted me and arranged a visit; I was very happy with the meeting and agreed for the company to help with mum's needs. Since the carers have been visiting mums, overall issues have improved. They are always very polite and have built up a good relationship with mum. We have a 7am visit Monday to Friday and they are always on time. The care and attention given to mum is excellent from assisting her with dressing to hair wash and breakfast. I can now go to work in the mornings and this part of my life has changed, Overall a great company.

I have only recently engaged Right at Home to come for an hour first thing in the morning to give me my breakfast, and assist me with showering and dressing, together with other duties such as bed making, laundry and washing. When I was unwell recently, they got me medical attention and followed up to see how I was. The duties are mainly shared between two carers, whom I get on well with.

Right at Home Bedford has been providing a live-in carer for my Godmother.
