My mentally and physically disabled daughter, who is a young adult, has been supported by carers from Enliven Social Care for over a year. One key carer has been assigned to my daughter along with several other carers who attend regularly, which means she has an excellent level of continuity of care. This has provided me with the confidence to leave my daughter with the carers and know she is being well looked after and I am able to get on with my own tasks or enjoy some respite. I have been impressed by the detail of the care plan used, the willingness of management to be contacted, and kindness and compassion displayed by both carers and managers. I am able to use an app to see which carer is attending when and review the notes made by the staff. Staff turn up in an agreed time window, are polite, hard working and respectful of the client's dignity and property. It has been a daunting prospect opening up my home to carers, however they have made my life so much easier. Thank you.

Very nice company to work with, the admin team is friendly and flexible. Lovely carers, very kind, conscientious and caring. Sometimes language skills might do with a bit of improvement! but this is made up for by their big smiles and the incredible genuine love and respect with which they treat my mother. I'd definitely recommend this company.

We have been fortunate enough to have been visited by two members of staff almost exclusively. It genuinely feels like two friends who light up the home on every visit. They always have a smile, professionalism and the utmost respect. They have our complete trust and I have every confidence in them. They provide exceptional personalised care attending to all of mum's needs. They have taken the time to get to know her and are always interested in her well-being, sensitive to her fluctuating health and mood and supportive and encouraging. They always make her feel that she's a priority and never rushed. I have been a senior nurse for over thirty years and am very aware of the difference between good and bad care and couldn't be more impressed with the two members of staff in particular. People can be taught how to provide care and a service but they cannot be taught the innate interpersonal skills and good humour and sensitivity that both these two have in abundance.

The carers are really professional and kind. They turn up on time and they will do whatever their asked. We can always have nice conversation and a laugh also they make me feel better. I always feel better after the carers have been here because they are their only people that I see during the day and they set my day up and support me. Thank you for all the lovely ladies that are taking good care of me.

Very professional and caring, hard working always polite and friendly. Reliable, honest, very bubbly characters with good sense of humour, very trustworthy, clean and listen to every need. Truly recommend them.

My father was happy and comfortable with all the carers who visited. They had a good understanding of the difficulties he was having and were friendly, respectful and sensitive to his needs at all times. The carers established good communication with family members but more importantly, they spoke directly to my father, making sure he understood what they were doing and sometimes enjoying a little joke with him. The team were reliable and punctual and made a valuable contribution to his recovery.

This company are the best care company I have ever encountered. All the girls are professional and all the girls care from the heart which makes all the difference. They all still wear full PPE so I always feel safe and cared for. I love the girls dearly, they make a huge difference to my quality of life. I would never want another company around me. I get respect, they treat me with dignity and love.

Since my last review of this company the care provided to my wife has greatly improved. They still occasionally turn up late but they usually ring me to let me know when they are likely to arrive. At present I am very happy with the quality of the care they currently provide

Call times by the carers are usually good however on occasions the times are changed and we would prefer to be notified in advance when this is happening, as we could be going out.

My mother and I are highly delighted with the care and my mothers carer. The carer is kind, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. My mother is getting the right care and support she needs at this time. I would and my mother would recommend Enliven Care. My mums carer is second to none

We couldn't have been more pleased with the care that my father received from Regina in the last week of his life. She was absolutely brilliant in all that she did for him, and always with such care, compassion and kindness. She was just wonderful - thank you!

My mother-in-law is new to the use of carers and, as a family, we were worried about how she would accept them. It was important to us that carers could work in a fairly chaotic home environment without judgement. Providing us with a small number of carers so that they could get to know the house as well as my mother-in-law was a really important part of the care package. We have been really pleased with the thoughtful care they have provided and Enliven has given us consistency of carers exactly as we had hoped. On the basis of how things have started, we can imagine that we will increase our use of their service as my mother-in-law's needs change. Being added onto their 'app' so that we can see the notes from the carers and the rota for the coming week has also provided us with really helpful oversight of what is going on for a loved one that we live too far away from to visit regularly.

On the whole, everything is OK there are one or two carers who are a bit rough and some are not as thorough as others. I'm also concerned about the time they are here as most days it is only 15mins never more than 30 minutes.

All of the carers are kind, caring, gentle and very competent. We were very apprehensive at first but the carers have made us feel at ease and always have a smile. My husband and I are very happy with the service.

I feel my mother would benefit from having the same person attend her, I know it is only two visits per week, but she tells me it is nearly always someone different. I realise my mum wants to remain independent and the care team are helping her to be able to continue living in her own home, which we both very much appreciate.

Mum has felt very comfortable with all the carers that have been provided. All have been very polite and have treated Mum with respect and dignity whilst caring for her needs. The only negative comment I can give is that we haven’t received any feedback back from the carers/management about how Mum has been doing or if there is anything we should be mindful of.

My Enliven Social Care carer is friendly, positive, reliable, caring and kind. She helps me to start my day in a positive mood. Showers me with dignity every morning, washes my hair twice a week. She helps me to get dressed. She makes my bed and checks I have breakfast and cleans the kitchen surface before she leaves.

Very happy with service. The ladies are always cheerful, helpful and respectful. I would not be able to cope with my wife's care without your service which allows my wife and I to continue to live in our own home.

Enliven provided the best possible care for my mum during her last weeks. She wanted to be at home which meant her needing 24/7 care. We could not have asked for anything more. The ladies were kind, caring, thoughtful. They treated my mum and I with such care and respect. They embraced living in a family home, quietly doing their job without intrusion, even teaching me to improve my cooking. They didn't mind looking after the family dog. They became part of the family and even attended my mum's funeral, an act of kindness that I will never forget. I cannot praise the care that both my mum and I received highly enough. I wish I could give them 11 out of 10. Thank you Enliven!
