Absolutely amazing company & care provider! We currently have carers visit from this company four times a day for my terminally ill mother. They are the best care providers I've ever come across. In particular I must mention a carer, what an incredible lady! So compassionate, positive, professional and she has made my family & mums lives much brighter with her visits. These carers never rush, they perform their duties to the highest standards and treat patients like their own family. I'm extremely impressed and grateful. Thank you - it's a testament to the owner and higher management!

We found carers to be friendly, efficient and caring. They did a good job looking after my dad, with him being bed-bound. They expressed concern when he refused to eat and made us aware. They showed patience with him when he was a bit difficult.

A truly amazing team; compassionate, caring, and treated my mum as if she were their own. They came into our home at an incredibly difficult time with Mum having been given a terminal diagnosis. We didn't know what to expect at all (obviously never having been in this situation before). We were both very nervous about having the carers, but from day one, and the introduction to the team, through to the day they left they were simply wonderful. Providing much-needed support to me also throughout. Mum looked forward to their visits, their chats and their care. They were discreet and respectful, and also a breath of fresh air during a very sad time. When Mum went into the Hospice (her final wishes) the staff there commented on how well Mum had been looked after. I am so grateful to the team, each and every one of them, I will certainly recommend them and I cannot thank them enough. They really made the last days of her life more bearable. I actually miss the team. Thank you!

It is an excellent company with a lot of experience, they are a team of good people, I recommend this company to everyone. Everything was wonderful with them, the manager was very kind, very good working conditions! All ok!

I cannot praise enough the care given to my late husband. During the last few weeks that he received care from A1, they were so cheerful and caring with him, much needed at this time. Nothing was too much for them. Always considerate and kind to me.

I can't thank the carers enough for everything they did for us. They made such a difference for my mum which meant we could care for her at home. They were very professional and friendly and my mum always seemed pleased to see them. They only cared for my mum for two weeks but we couldn't have coped for those two weeks without them.

Generally, the care package has been excellent when the carers that are well known to me attend and only drops when new and inexperienced carers arrive. The carers are always polite, efficient and amenable, wasting no time in getting me clean, dry and comfortable. They lift my spirit when I'm down and give me confidence when I attempt to walk.

A wonderful team of carers. They came into our lives towards the end of my mum's life. The support, love, care and sometimes needed patience shown to her and the family was so brilliant and much needed at the time. The continued contact with the office was so helpful and reassuring. I can honestly say we could not have asked for more. Mum was shown great care and respect by all the carers, but I would like to mention especially two members; they were like a ray of sunshine walking through the door. Many thanks also to another two particular members of staff for their unending support. You have been recommended to everybody I know, and I will never be able to thank you enough - on behalf of Mum and myself.

A very caring, competent team. They are always mindful of my daughter's wishes and her dignity. Very friendly, they go above and beyond all her needs.
