My nan loves all the women who come to visit her. She loves to tell me all about them. I haven't seen her so happy and chatty in a very long time. She was very nervous about having this type of support when the family first mentioned it to her but with the gentle approach of living at home, it's really worked out well.

My mother has really benefited from Living At Home Services. This gives me and my family peace of mind knowing how supportive the team are. My mother absolutely loves her carer, they have a great relationship! I find it really easy to communicate with the company!

My Dad has two carers from Living at Home, and they are both absolutely amazing and make my dad feel good about himself and valuable. They are very kind, and caring, listen, and really help empower my dad to feel he isn't less than other people now he has Alzheimer's, they really help my dad feel good about himself. I cannot express how positive it is and how much he looks forward to the trips out and the days when they come to help him in the house. They are a massive part of my dad's week now and he can't wait to tell us what they did this week, he really smiles and laughs when he tells us what they were doing, going for walks and to the museums. They have made such a difference to my dad's life and I really can't recommend Living at Home highly enough. They have really been life-changing for my dad.

Has been caring for over two years for my mother who has Alzheimer's Dementia and diagnosed at quite a young age. We as a family would find it very difficult to run Mum's life without her. She is a wonderful honest transparent communicator which creates security and reassurance for my mum. She is a carer who has very high emotional intelligence, anticipating emotional and physical needs that may arise and keeping calm at all times. She is not only highly attentive but always goes the extra mile to make my mother safe and comfortable. Her personality and sense of light humour make every day lighter and less stressful for my mother and the family. I would recommend her to any patient or family.

Living at Home's staff has consistently exceeded our expectations with their attentive care, especially during challenging times. They swiftly stepped in to provide daily support for my mother-in-law's recovery and continue to assist her each morning, which has been a great comfort to our family. We're thankful for their skilled care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It's reassuring to know they're always there when we need extra help.

Living at Home were excellent with caring for my granny. She looks forward to the carer visits every day and the carers are always happy to see her and take really good care of her. I work full-time so cannot care for her on my own and Living at Home have been doing an excellent job, without their help I don't know what we would do.

We cannot recommend the director and the whole team highly enough. Nothing was ever too much trouble and communications were above and beyond. We used Living at Home for 14 months with numerous changes to the care package, they obliged willingly at every request. They were professional, punctual and so very, very kind, sensitive and caring. They supported our family as well as my mother-in-law for which we are extremely grateful. Having peace of mind that she was getting the best care whilst being able to stay at home was invaluable. The app was invaluable to know how each care visit had gone as we don’t live locally, it flagged up any presenting issues as soon as they arose. The director or another member of staff were always on hand to work with us to offer solutions to real time situations which was again above and beyond. The care home placement was only possible through with their help and wonderful care. We would recommend them to anyone with a relative in need of care/companionship at home.

The staff have been incredible. The managing director went above and beyond by caring for my mom's pet when it was unwell, and she continues to provide excellent care for my mom. She often takes her to visit local attractions like the beach and cafes, which has been wonderful. I feel much more at ease now that my mom is living at home with this additional support. It's reassuring to know that I can always call the office to request changes in routines if needed. They make it clear that nothing is too much trouble.

Living at Home has demonstrated a high level of professionalism and assistance from start to finish. This began with my initial inquiry and extended through to the assessment and development of a care package for my grandfather. Throughout the process, I felt that nothing was too much trouble, and it was clear that everyone involved was genuinely attentive and responsive to our needs. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Living at Home Ltd. to anyone in search of a reliable and caring provider.

Introducing carers to Mum was not easy, she was reluctant to accept 'strangers' into her home. Two hours on Sunday and one hour on Wednesday. At ninety-four she is still very independent and likes to take care of things herself. To make sure she is safe and familiar with carers being in attendance in the future, when her needs will be greater, we decided to put something in place back in July. Each of the four ladies that have attended so far have brought their own personalities and ways. This has intrigued my mother and I can see that she is already accepting their help and enjoying their company. We feel this companionship is actually worth more than the physical tasks they undertake on her behalf. We had hoped that carers would see things that perhaps we might overlook and this has certainly been the case. A big shout out for one staff member, firstly for calling me up immediately when she thought Mum was not quite herself and secondly for spotting some things that were well beyond their best. The manager has certainly delivered on her promises.

My brother, who is autistic, loves the time he gets to spend with his care companion. He is always happy and chatty after she has taken him out for the day, which is a big improvement to his normal daily behaviour, and he is ready to tell every detail of what he did while they were out. Because of her kind manner, her patience, and her kindness, I will be forever grateful to her.

Positive aspects relating to the standard of care capable of being relied upon; caregivers know a lot about care and are friendly, helpful, creative and flexible. They also know a lot about care delivery and are very knowledgeable about it. Great team philosophy.

Our elderly mother receives care twice a day thanks to Living at Home. It has been a pleasure working with the Care Manager and her team. It requires a team of three carers in various shift patterns which works with our mother, and Living at Home was very proactive and helpful throughout the entire process. The carers set a good example, were very professional and built a lovely relationship with Mum. In addition, the manager coordinated with the doctors on numerous occasions who treated our mother and made sure that the medication instructions were accurate and clear for the carers to administer to her. I have the highest regard for the professionalism and service that they provide.

For the past three years, my mother has been living with progressive dementia in her daily life. The initial assessment that was conducted by the Managing Director from living at home through a Zoom meeting left a strong and favourable impression on me. About ten weeks ago the carer began providing care and support for Mum. She is a really patient kind and compassionate individual. She gives my mother the freedom to make her own decisions regarding things such as where she eats her meals and what she wears. In addition to that the carer is really good at hearing out our recommendations. The assistance that we receive from living at home has been of great use to our family as a whole. After providing care for a significant amount of time we are able to take a break thanks to this support.

Living at Home provided the personal care and support my elderly mother needed when I was unable to manage her increasing care needs. At a time when domiciliary care was under such pressure from increased demand, we counted ourselves very fortunate to have found an organisation able and willing to step in at short notice. Because Living at Home was relatively newly established and didn't have the wealth of feedback I would usually seek, I was initially a little concerned that we might be disappointed - I needn't have worried! The staff we encountered were all very professional, friendly and helpful. In particular, the carer assigned to Mum quickly built a lovely relationship with her, and Mum came to look forward to her visits, overcoming her initial reservations about having 'a stranger' coming into her home.

The manager and her team have done an absolutely first-class job settling my 95-year-old auntie back into her home after six months in hospital, following a fall. She was resistant to the idea of carers but was immediately won over by the charm and professionalism of the staff. She is benefiting not just from the physical care (which is excellent), but the friendliness and companionship of the team. Nothing appears too much trouble and the staff appear to genuinely enjoy the work. They are most highly recommended.

Fabulous experience. The service provided by Living at Home was person-centred, professional, caring and compassionate. The carers took their time and spoke to my dad throughout the care activity. The director was very kind and always kept us informed of any changes.

From the very first assessment call I was sold. The lady came in bright and cheerful which instantly put my great-aunt at ease. My aunt suffers with progressive vascular dementia and as her sole carer and with a young family of my own the pressure was becoming too much but at the same time I was so worried that no one else would care for her as I do - those anxious feelings were put to rest within a day or two when I realised my aunt was enjoying the company. The carers act in such a way that my aunt thinks of them as her friends popping by which for me is amazing as she gets to keep her dignity, pride and, most importantly, remain living at home. The company also stepped in at short notice to do extra calls so I could take a holiday with my husband and children. Thank you so so much ladies.

The care Living at Home provided to our terminally ill dad was invaluable help to him, Mum and all our family at an extremely difficult time for us. They were thoughtful, compassionate, supportive, positive and professional at all times in challenging circumstances.
